WRONG ORDER AGAIN!! seriously don't spend your money at this location. It's a total waste!!! Nobody that works there cares. They throw random stuff in the to go bag and you get what THEY decide you get. Next time I'll order from Qdoba. I'm giving them a 1 star because there's no option for zero.

I've been here a handful of times. Have always been happy with the food and service. Food has been fresh and the workers have been quick and efficient.

This place never fails to get your order wrong every single time! They don’t care they never have anything prepared on time when you ask for extra fajita or cheese on Mobil order it’s never done. I have found avocado stem in my guac. They cheap out on everything possible!! What am I paying so much money for such little food! This place needs better management! Always disappointing.

I went with my daughter and she was ordering two bowls of chipotle she was pointing at one of the items and the employee told her not to point like if she was pointing over the food. First she is not a little girl she is an adult second you speak over the food and the glass and floors and table are dirty. Lastly he didn't serv very much on the bowl but I happened to look at the guy next to me he was serving him plenty. We will never go there again. Managers train your employees how to treat customers and be more concerned about the cleanliness of the place

Last time no guacamole. This time no peppers...Be nice not to run out. Not late also. Both times prior to 4pm.

Every time I go to this restaurant it looks like a disaster inside. There is always trash piled up and over flowing the cans. The tables are rarely cleaned. The soda fountain area is no different. Always a mess, and frequently there are no utensils. They also frequently are out menu items and drinks. The only bright spot is the staff and service are good.

I ordered 2 Carna Asada Burrito bowls and 1 of them didn't even have the Carne Asada in itI ordered a salad and they did not put in the fajita veggies or salad dressing. The other items were correct but sloppy. My order# was 646-PA4. You can't even call the restaurant and speak with anyone because they don't allow it with their automated system. It directed me to go to my email confirmation and choose customer support..more automation and it offers for me to come back and get 1 free entree and 1 free drink...mind you they screwed up 2 entrees. And to even get the offer I have to download an app to my phone. Which I am not doing and I'm sure they count on people not doing it. I paid $77.00 for dinner...how about refund my money for the 2 meals that you did not make correctly. Also why do you have me type the names of who each entree belongs to if your staff doesn't bother to write the names on the food. Won't be going back here. Should have went to Moe's

I have been to this chipotle probably 15 times. They have had fajita veggies twice. Food is fine. Service is fine. They never have fajita veggies.

DO NOT GO HERE! The quality of the food was TERRIBLE! Specifically the the mild salsa that I didn't know was rancid until after I gave it to my toddler. Awful experience.

There were at least 8 people working here when we stopped in for lunch. The food was good but the place was filthy. Hope we don't end up getting sick. This is not the first time this location has looked like this. Business owners need to understand there always needs to be a responsible adult overseeing teenagers. I bet their rooms look this disgusting as well.

Around 9pm; I walked in to pick up a bowl for me, 3 tacos for my wife, large chips and guac; on my way home from work. I get there the venue was a mess I can tell it was a long day for the staff. I go to order and they are out of steak, out of chicken and something else. Fine I take the barbacoa. I asked for double meat on my bowl, she acted annoyed, the 2nd "serving" was not even half of the original serving. I've let this slide before but this night I was very hungry after working 14hrs. I asked can you please make sure its the proper serving amount? she says "yes it is, anything else sir?". I quickly said- FINE let me have a triple meat serving on my bowl please. Looking annoyed again she did the same. almost all the veggies are gone. so its basically rice, 3x meat and a scrape of whatever was floating at the bottom in their veggie trays. My wifes 3 tacos were at this point as disappointing so lets skip past that. Get to the check out to add large chips and guac... they are all out of guac. I thought to myself I'd understand if i came in just minutes before doors closed but we have almost an hour left of business. I'll just scratch it off as a bad day at the store in my head and move on. No harm no foul. but a month later (today) my wife orders on the app and has it deliveried.. OMG they purposely put soooo much sour cream, cheese and veggies on top- to HIDE the fact that (i counted) there were six total slices of steak. DRY seasonless "steak".which now draws me to think- did my bill go down last month when I didnt get what I asked for? Why would I pay the same amount as someone that ordered earlier that day who had a full menu to select from when I did not?Chipotle employees think online orders are a joke because a customer can't witness them making their meals so portions dont have to be the same. this is now the 5th time our online orders looked like a joke. (including online order for pick-up).I stopped eating my bowl of rice covered in mostly onions, cheese and sour cream just to write this. Never again. We pay too much money to be treated this poorly.

I ordered my food through Uber Eats on Saturday. I live less than 4 miles from this store. I ordered it at1:30, it got delayed until 4:30. I asked the driver what happened to my food?? It was cold as ice. The driver said that she just picked it up. Paid over $50 for a chicken salad and chips and salsa and 2 cookies. The chicken salad was horrible.Won’t be buying any food at this establishment in door or delivery.I should have checked the reviews on this restaurant first before ordering. I see they have a poor history of these experiences.

Chipotle positions itself as a unique choice in the fast-food/casual dining landscape. They feature a limited menu with less focus on fried foods and more emphasis on healthier items that can be personalized by the customer. As someone with an active fitness routine, I often visit after a 2-hour weight-training stop at the gym. The rice, chicken/beef, beans and other food options ensures I get a good variety of ‘macros’ (protein/fats/carbs) to help with recovery and muscle growth. The counter service is courteous and listens well to how you want your meal prepared. I also enjoy adding a little guacamole or sour cream to spice things up a bit. The dining areas are not too inviting and lack some warmth (some plants would help) so I usually take it to-go. A great unique option that offers healthy — a great tasting — meal options!

I have been here twice. The first time went in and ordered at the counter and it took a very very long time to even get through the line. I consider this fast food, but they definitely were not working quickly. The second time I ordered online and picked up and that was a good experience. It was ready as soon as I got there, and in the time that I was quoted. They do give you a good portion of food, the chicken is a little bit spicy. Overall I think moving forward will order online and pick up as it seems to be the most efficient way to get the chipotle. They have a dining room with several tables that seem to be pretty clean, but we did not eat in the dining room.
