2/20 rude old white lady with too much makeup couldn't communicate properly because it was almost time for her to get off! Had to go through drive through TWICE! Last week ordered 2 chicken sandwiches that were hard as bricks they couldn't be eaten! GET IT TOGETHER CHURCHES! I will be going to the one on Hillsborough for now on!

Great tasting chicken. The service was fast and the manager came out to check the customers dishes. Clean and better tasting than KFC!
I bought a family meal. The chicken is always delicious here. The biscuits are absolutely amazing. The okra was just slightly cooked longer then I like, but was good. The staff is very professional and fast.

Went to this churches I had coupons from downloading the app for two pieces of chicken free a leg and a thigh. My son also had one but we weren't sure how the app was going to work sometimes they only give you a few minutes to use the app. So I went to the window in case something went wrong. So I went up to the window just in case and the lazy no good worker. Smart mouth told me I had to go back around the speaker to use it. I said you're crazy I'm right here they're already all you got to do is scan them give us our two pieces of chicken. Then she tried to get me to pull forward and try to pull that crap. And I told her no I'm going to sit here do you give me my chicken. Eventually I pulled around front cuz some lady came the windows and come inside I'll take care of you. Well I went inside and there was four people in front of me there. I'm disabled I had to stand in line for about 5 to 7 minutes hurting. To wait and get my order then they want to tell me I had to buy a biscuit to get the free thing. All this over a couple of pieces of chicken so I went ahead and I said well then whatever you got to do just pay let me pay for the damn biscuits Comes up charges me for a jalapeno instead of biscuits and said you're good which they never put the jalapenos in my bag that I paid for. So I have to finally getting the food from everybody in there that was rude as hell except the guy that came to the register I go outside pissed off as hell get in my truck and don't notice the pole so close to my truck and scrape the paint and put a small dent in the side of my damn truck. That would have never happened if she didn't make me pull around to come inside all to go and sue them for the repairs to my truck. We stopped going to the Kentucky fried Chicken next door because they were the same way and this place was pretty good up until that day. Over two pieces of chicken. As much as we come in there they shouldn't have been a problem. There's no customer service their lousy they're very rude the girl that works in the window I've seen her there before is very rude lazy and doesn't want to do anything for the customer she needs to leave that job if she doesn't want to be there. Actually I would fire the way she takes care of customers.now I have to deal with a small dent in the side of my truck which never had any dents in it until then. I’ve been here several times and the chicken is horrible. Okra is always overcooked, you spend $35 for 2 combos and it’s not what you ordered. 90% of the time your order will be wrong. The Workers are not friendly nor do they have customer service . Place is dirty in the inside!!! I’ve been to all of these Church’s Chickens and I would honestly say, don’t waste your money.

So I don't get to eat Church's Chicken much because I live far away from it. Churches and Taco Bell. So I said you what I eat Taco Bell all the time let me give churches a try it's been awhile. So I got my food drove away pulled over to a destination that I was going to started to eat the chicken the chicken was old look like he's been sitting around for a while biscuit was overcooked. In a macaroni and cheese would look like something I wouldn't even give to my dog! Don't think I'll be going through the drive-thru next time I'll make sure I walk in this time to make sure the chicken is actually fresh and the food actually is going to be edible... I only give reviews when the food or service is bad the lady was great but the food was absolutely terrible..

We pulled to the window and would not allow us to look at the menu. When we asked for a minute she said she was on a timer and to hurry up. After we ordered we could not get sauces bc they handed us the food and closed the door. When we asked for sauce they said they were all out, of all sauces. They were rude, and acted like we were convincing them. They are usually pleasant, but not today.

Waited for 10min at drive thru with only one car ahead of me. Took a long time for someone to even acknowledge me.. As I go to the window to pay for my order, I hand the little black girl with a black bonnet on my money and she takes it and sits my change on the drive thru window. The young lady with the green hair picked the money up and politely handed me my change. The cashier name on my receipt” Tabresha. E” needs to be in the back of the house washing dishes and floors.. Have nasty attitude and very rude with no customer service. Annnd still had to wait over 20 min for chicken to fry -_-. The manager says she’s going to speak with her but I highly doubt it.
