The manager is rude and unprofessional. She made it known that she was the manager, when another associate (who was very nice) took my order. The manager takes the chicken box out of the bag, and throws it. I will not return to this location. It's not hard to just be kind. It's not what you say. But how you say it.

I like Churches Chicken about 7-8 times a year. Chicken is delicious but you can only eat it a few times otherwise I'm sure you'd get clogged after. The area is kinda suspect and makes you want to clutch your purse, but the people were kind and helpful. The workers are tired and slightly angry. Two of the workers don't speak English, which makes it extremely difficult if you don't speak Spanish.

I went in and ordered a family meal deal with okra, and mashed potatoes, and 3 jalapeno peppers.I got home with 12 piece dark, 3 jalapeno peppers, and no sides or receipt! I'm attaching pictures!
This Church's location is clean and friendly and always has enough employees, unlike the other guys, to get your order out quick even when the place is

Food Drive service: food come unproperly unpack, forgot my mashed potatoes side. Outside Area is look unclean in the surrounding. Too many homeless people are sleeping and asking money in the surroundings.
Crew looked like she doesnt want to be there. She forgot to put spoon or fork with our food and forgot part of our food too. I had to comeback to get it, very inconvenient.

I've been going to this location for many years, since other places have closed down over time, or changed to a different brand. Despite this, the food still tastes the same, and I hope they don't change the formula too much. The store looks a lot cleaner than it used to!
