The AM people don't listen, and when I pull up, they're taking g their sweet time. There's no sense of urgency or "one more min on your order...." and I've been here three times in the past month and every time, they would repeat my order to me and still get it wrong. It's just this location.Can we fix this?

It’s sad the so called manager Keila is always playing victim and starts stuff and gets mad when you go to her bosses she’s extremely rude and disrespectful and asks for you to put your hands on her then wants to call the police she’s a disgrace to this company and she’s asking to get this place sued or shut down specially with her mouth not to mention all of the health code violations

#expression (#1)•Quote:"Balance what you eat, drink & do"!#expression (#2)In this dear moment, Kaitlyn Annaglicia while I was at Dunkin donuts.I met these server's whom assisted me with my order & to be honest it was exactly phenomenal.The backstory is I had forgot to get oat milk instead of dairy milk for my cold foam matcha frozen drink.So, I had to go back & get my order corrected but, the something was wrong with machine.These two server's literally went beyond & asked me even to replaced my to my re-'commendations & even offered their expertise of which would be a great recommendation of a choice for me to enjoy & Yes! I did enjoy whatsoever.What I enjoyed about the experiences is how they both acknowledge my exact needs.How, they not only fixed my order but, also aidede in giving me suggestions which I would also recommended in general.They also had great customer services of even multitasking having a conversation with me inquiring aboyt anything else if I had inquiries.I would recommend anyone being served dearly be served these two awesome worker's in general.May, they be acknowledge & also too such an appreciation along with a pay raise be unto them especially delivering such great customer services.Kid-friendliness: Wonderful atmosphere.

As a former barista, this place is embarrassing. If you can't function at a high paced job, don't work at one. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to grab matcha powder when there are 2 people in your drive thru. I waited, my friend went inside and waited, then I finally went to Starbucks, where my drink was ready in 30 seconds. Seems like everyone can get the job done except these guys.

When I walked into the store, you could tell they were a little overwhelmed. I am a very patient person because I also work in customer service and I know things can get a little hectic. There was one customer at the counter waiting to order so I stood behind him. An employee then advised us to use the kiosk if we were paying by card. I'm not a fan of kiosk's so I continued to wait at the counter and the customer before me went to the kiosk. After standing there for 5 minutes. I just went to the kiosk because it didn't look like they were going to get to me anytime soon. I ordered 1 coffee, loaded hashbrowns, and 50 munchkins. My coffee came first. Instead of calling the name on the order, she just calls out what it was. Glad nobody else had the same thing. Then about 3 minutes later my hashbrowns came out. Same thing, no name. After about 7 minutes, the same employee who seemed to be working her butt off asks me what I was waiting on. I told her munchkins. She grabs a small box and starts putting in munchkins. I advised her it's 50 so she grabbed a larger box. While she's putting the munchkins in the box another employee is loading fresh munchkins to the trays. She accidentally lets one roll across the counter where people touch and put their money on and proceeds to pick it up and put it on the tray with the fresh ones. Luckily I already had mine from that tray. All while this one employee was working her butt off, two others stood in the drive thru area chatting because there were no cars waiting. I was inside the store for about 20 minutes. I was quite disappointed to be honest. I will say the store looked pretty clean, but they definitely need more customer service training.

I have no idea what's going on with Dunkin's service lately, but it's horrible! You have the most disrespectful, untrained, rude staff. Can you not get good people anymore? Or just uneducated teenagers that speak disrespectfully to the customers, lie about small water costing money or calling each other buttheads?. Disgusting service and we will never come back. You must not care if you have good reviews as most of yours are bad. I would fire your staff and actually train some people that understand they are being paid to give the customer a good experience! They simply don't care at all and joked and laughed about losing our business. If I could leave a zero I would.

Okay I don't usually leave reviews. This is the Dunkin closest to me. You're at the window and they ask you to wait for 5-10 min when there's only one person in front of me. I get a small coffee w almond milk everytime... they add sugar or mess it up always. So now I just get black coffee. And I don't know why there's always a wait when there's literally no one here. Just go to the next closest dunkin idk what's going on here. (I've been on and off going here for 3 years , same service- my bad. I'm done now lol).

This is my favorite location for coffee. The 24h location on Kennedy is always terrible but here the ladies are friendly and laughing with customers and it's just great. I usually have to wait in the parking lot for them to open and I'm at that speaker waiting so I can get to work on time. Never once anything but super friendly smiles.

The counter service was great. But my "wakeup wraps" certainly weren't. My first time trying them. Not much flavor to the egg or bacon and the wrap was dry and cold. And for the price they're way too small.

Britton Plaza Dunkin is OPEN. Fast and friendly service always.Parking: If drive thru is full can be awkward to get line have to pull in all the way and turn around to get in line unless coming in from main road!
