Came here with a couple friends. As soon as we walked in the door we had nothing but friendly service and very thorough explanation on how their menu works. Food ended up being BANGIN'. I also like that they have different styles that you can choose from such as island style, Mexican style, teriyaki style. In love with this place. Andrew is so kind and simply has great food!!

Got the burrito bowl, and it wasn’t made correctly plus had an odd floral taste to it and it was barely lukewarm, my boyfriend got the burrito it was HUGE but also cold, the people working there were nice but couldn’t seem to figure out how to ring up our order and we heard arguments about how our stuff should be cooked. I work food service and I am a manager so I’m not normally one to complain but that was the most mediocre food I’ve ever had we just threw it away and went next door to the pizza place. Paid less money and it was hot and fresh. I know Covid-19 is causing a lot of issues for everyone especially the restaurant industry but I honestly wish I could of asked for my money back but I don’t think your staff could have figured out how to do that since they couldn’t even ring up and cook the food correctly. Food service isn’t a difficult job, I’ve been working in it for ten years but paying $35 for what I got is so sorry.

This place is a new favorite place to eat for me downtown. The owners are very friendly and genuinely want to serve their customers good food. The burritos are very good and their hot sauces are outstanding as well. Don't overlook this place for Eddie and Sam's. The location isn't the best but it's worth the trip.

We had the most amazing Bowls today! Spicy tuna poke and the chicken burrito bowl. The sauces are to die for and the queso on the burrito bowl was the best! The guys working and running the place are hilarious, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I stopped here for lunch as I was intrigued by the poke tacos. I ordered the 3pk and tried the shrimp, spicy crab and spicy tuna. The spicy tuna was my favorite of the bunch, but all were delicious. They were served on corn tortillas with rice, seaweed salad, salsa and a spicy sauce I picked out. Although I love a good poke bowl, I was glad I tried the tacos. It was something different, and made for a fresh, quick lunch. The staff was also very helpful in helping me pick my options. If you haven't tried the tacos yet, you gotta try them. And if you're scared to try poke, no worries they have veggie, chicken and steak tacos :-)

We recently decided to use Franklin on Twiggs to cater an evening work event. All I can say is WOW! The food was well prepared, exactly what we ordered, and exceptionally delicious. We ordered with only about 2 days notice and they were able to accept our order and even deliver it to us. The portions were exactly as described on their website and the price was great. I definitely recommend this place and will be ordering again soon for future events!

We had just finished CluedUp in downtown Tampa and stopped by this restaurant with hungry stomachs. The line was long but we decided to stay patient. We ordered a couple of vegetarian bowls and poke tacos. Our food was excellent and worth the wait! Our meals were tasty and served at the right temperature. I was so hungry that I forgot to try their two different hot sauces. So now I have a good excuse to go back. The cashier was friendly and helpful. When he finished taking all the orders he helped assemble our meals. Keep up the great work!

My 5th time here. Never disappoints. I eat here after my drives from Miami. So I wait to eat here for my meal to go because I don't want fast food and I just want to get home..I don't want to sit for an HR in a restaurant. THIS is perfect. Great place to get a quick meal that is tasty, fairly healthy, and quick. Friendly staff, clean, helpful with picking from the menu, and good size portions at a reasonable rate
