The only way this restaurant could be better is with more hours and locations. Their food is the most delicious vegan Italian I've ever eaten. I ordered the carbonara. Creamy, cheesy, delicious cashew sauce with fresh peas and mushrooms perfectly cooked. Bow tie pasta was an unexpected and pretty change. This was as good as any dairy-based Italian. I would hold the grated vegan cheese next time only because it has an aftertaste I don't enjoy. I cannot wait to return and try others!

After a couple years of following this place on IG, I really wanted to give it a try. I've never been to a vegan Italian eatery so my expectations were unsure to say the least. I've been vegetarian for about 6 years now and love to eat vegan food whatever chance I get.Anyway, I did take out and tried some hot menu items. Super delicious and hearty Italian food! The crust on the pizza is soft and chewy yet crispy, and penne alla vodka was delicious. Still thinking about it now! Everything else on the menu looked great and I will definitely be back. Friendly staff.
