Everything was outstanding! The server was extremely friendly to be around and also offered samples. Oxtail, curry goat and stew chicken were phenomenal! Some of the best collars greens I've had in a long time as well
The food was delicious and the staff was wonderful and inviting. In remarking that I had never eaten Jamaican food before, the friendly woman at the counter offered me small samples of each of the meats. They were all very tasty, making it a very difficult decision. I went with the jerked chicken, beans and rice, and curried potatoes. It was a huge plate for $9.50. Food is amazing and authentic. I came late and night as he was closing and the food was still great. Not old and stale like most places. I was little hesitant at first because he used to be in the mall and I'm like why would he go into a gas station!? But his location has nothing to do with food. The owner is friendly and engages in conversation. Great food great vibes.
