I ordered a tres leches birthday cake, all WHITE with a blue border, half strawberry and half vanilla. Instead I received a ALL BLUE fully strawberry cake, that didn’t have any milk in it at all. It tasted dry and they charged us so much for a custom cake. Do not buy with these people!

We went to buy a cake, the little ones, which cost about 5 dollars, something like that, but it was spoiling the milk, it was already made into jelly, we went to complain and they did not return the money, terrible service.

Seems like a good place to buy authentic Mexican pastries. On birthday cakes they can do better.

Listen if you plan to get bread here, I totally recommend but DONT order a cake from here! We had a birthday cake ordered and they told us they could definitely make it just like the picture and we were confident in them because of other cakes they had in display and the confidence while communicating. When we received the cake it was NOT what we had ordered, completely different from size, flavors and just about everything! Not to mention the frosting would stain which was weird. When we confronted them they just said they did make it how we ordered and even included another layer and no refund was issued considering it was expensive for what they gave us compared to what we wanted.

I will NEVER I MEAN NEVER order anything from these ppl again. They gave us a completely different cake than what we order. We paid $90 for a ½ sheet Call of duty regular birthday cake with butter cream icing on 1/13/24 for 1/14/24 instead they gave us a Tres Leche cake that tasted like it was made with a gallon of spoiled evaporated milk. My sons whole birthday was ruined ppl were laughing about the cake nobody ate it they threw it in the trash. I tried to call the bakery immediately but they were already closed. When I called the next day to ask if we could get at least half of our money back and they can have the rest of the cake so they can see that it taste spoiled the man got upset & was very rude & said they can't help us they can only offer us $10 & free balloons for the mistake they made. Ummm the party is over we had our own damn balloons didn't want anything free just wantedLa Familia Bakery to do what's right for their mistake but they wouldn't help us at all infact the man I spoke with refused to give me his name & hung up in my face! So save yourselves a headache and don't order from LA FAMILIA BAKERY. They do not believe in doing what is right for their customers or give a refund when one is due!I'll stick with Publix at least they'll give you a refund or another cake if they mess it up. These ppl are TRASH!

Nope, not the taste I’m expecting. I didn’t finish half of the sandwich. It was poorly prepared almost not pork. It looks like the meat wasn’t right, almost to go bad!!!! I don’t recommend the place, sorry!

The food was overpriced and the flan and pineapple cake was nasty all we took was one bite horrible decision I made by choosing this place I wanted to eat something sweet and I should have gone to publix.

Incredible hidden jem. Authentic Mexican bakery with a lil abuelita cooking in the back. The bread made here is perfect. The chocolate and glazed donuts are some of the best you will ever have. Try the pork tamales. Also made fresh and soooooo good. The empanadas sell fast!Incase this is your first time at a spanish bakery here are some instructions. When you walk in you will see the desserts. Grab the metal platter on the bottom and use the tongs to pick each sweet bread you would like to purchase. Then you take your choices to the counter and pay. Easy. They package them up and u get to enjoy tasty soft goodies. They also have birthday cakes and individual trees leches pieces. Lots to try and enjoy.I drove over an hour to get here and it was worth it.5 star flavor. Very clean, a classic mom and pop shop.

The place is quite small with a variety of items, each $1. The taste is ok but not much of a distinction between items. Other than bakery products drinks, ice cream and many items are available. Did not see many savory products, but it was a good place.

Not a rating on the food because I never tried it. We never got that far. I called to inquire about a potential cake order and no one speaks English. I speak a little Spanish but not enough to convey the details so that’s where the call ended. Bizarre.
