We went out for breakfast and ordered iced coffees. When the food was brought out to us, the lady dropped one of the coffees, spilling it on our food, the table, on me, and all over the floor. She didn’t even try to pick it up and just stood there. All she did was hand us a stack of napkins and walk away, no apologies or anything. We had coffee on our food and no replacement was offered.

Management needs to do something about their female workers with these super long fake fingernails. This is the 3rd time that my drink spilled on me when they hand it to me because they did not close the lid right because of those stupid nail. This mcdonalds smell like Marijuana/Weed. Once you reach the windows in drive thru you can smell it strong in the night. SMH
