This is hands down my new favorite ramen restaurant. The ramen broth is phenomenal, it’s not too salty nor too sweet. Perfect balance of scent, flavor, freshness and presentation. Cute and cozy decor as well.

This place is tremendous! Seems like a very unassuming “hole in the wall” but the entire place is clean, organized and upscale. The decor is charming and cozy. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was amazing and fresh, you could tell it was cooked and plated with care; a rarity these days. We had the grilled squid and takoyaki appetizers and they were so fresh and flavorful. The signature Minano ramen was a little pricey but absolutely worth it! They also have really good Boba as well!Overall amazing experience!

We just ate here for my son's 13th birthday. It was our first time here and we loved it! The atmosphere is so cute, food was top notch and the staff was nice and helpful explaining the menu to us. We will definitely come back again!

Nice buns! Overall, not bad. Easy location & good menu options.Pork belly not so great. It was more like a thin flavorless boneless chop. Fried chicken was a little thin so it was dry & the bowls aren’t really bowls, they’re just plates. Everything else was pretty good though. Yummy gyoza, bao & buns.Restaurant is nice & new & service was fairly attentive considering servers are super young & seemingly working their first job.Would return to try other items on menu.

Wonderful experience! Everything we ate was fantastic - lime tea, edamame, pork bun, steak yakitori, avocado salad, and tonkotsu ramen. The vibe and service are great. We will definitely be coming back, and highly recommend!

I was so excited for this location to open being that it's right next to our home. We orded the Beef Don and the beef was pure fat. Literally there was barely any beef. RIDICULOUS! We will not order from here ever again.

Went for dinner and had a very good meal. Started with a milk tea and lime tea, both yummy.Apps: pork bao buns and various yakitori (pork belly, mushrooms, sprouts) were all good. Pork belly was a bit thick but still good.Ramen: Miso and Chicken Curry. Miso was delicious, broth was very tasty. Curry was good but the chicken left a little to be desired. Broth was really good though.Overall a really good meal and we’ll be back to try the other ramens and apps.

Very large portions. Staff is well trained and attentive. Will return. Lunch special was very génerous. Returned for a second time on May 17th. Everything was absolutely delicious. We tried a couple different ramens and they were very filling and flavorful. The owners have certainly taken their time to make this a very authentic location. It reminds me of many of the small restaurants we visited when we were in Iwakuni, Japan. Many other dishes aside from ramen and they are all well prepared.

My friend and I decided to try Minano Ramen since she likes noodles, and I'll try most things once. We had pot stickers, takoyaki pork belly & chicken, and fries to start, which was very tasty . Then I added fried oysters, which has been something I wanted to try...well, we eat them but probably not again. She had the ramen, and I got the curry chicken bowl. Bith dishes were good but don't get it twisted it not Jamaican style. Then we ended with pork belly bao and chicken bun. Will definitely go back for takoyaki and bun. The sauces that came with the pot stickers and the fries were good, along with the homemade red chill paste.
