I wanted to thank Chris for going above and beyond for me. I believe he was the only one working and unfortunately his delivery driver called out. He called me to apologize for the delay and said he was doing all he could to find a delivery driver. I told him I would normally come pick it up but unfortunately this day I had a cold and needed to stay inside. I have been driving to your location for years from Countryside.Tonight has changed all that because you have inadequate uneducated staff that do not know the specials or promotions your company is running answering the phones.I was told there are NO Specials for large or medium except for a single topping medium.I did a little digging and found this...??

In terms of ingredient quality, pizza hut degraded long ago. As for delivery service, they forgot one food item, and some sauces I paid for. Giving it a 3 cuz I'm hoping this isn't the norm.
