We came to order carry out to eat in our room. They tell us to go to the bar. We go to the bar and order and tell the bartender it’s to go. She said they don’t do to go orders that they bring it on a plate and I have to box myself because it takes to long to box it up. Doesn’t it take longer to wash the extra dishes your using instead of just putting it in a box!

Frequently eat here and randomly decided to grab a quick coffee from the stand because they make really good coffee and the older blonde woman at the counter asked me if I was sure because it was expensive....I am Mexican, very much brown and can only guess why she felt the urge to say such a thing to me. Paid for my coffee with a $100 and the lady at the register tried to give my change to someone else. I don't remember how much the coffee was but I'll definitely remember the horrible customer service, coffee was really good though can't even lie.

Seasoned Sweet Potatoe Fries are delish. Rise has hot or cold deli sandwiches, a half dozen hot plates, carrot cake, and all-day omelets. You can order alcohol, too, but it takes a while. Rise is a good place to sober up.

I had an amazing experience at Rise Restaurant inside Tampa Hard Rock Casino! The service provided by Connor was exceptional--attentive, friendly, and truly made the dining experience memorable. The freshness of the salad was impressive, and it added a delightful touch to the overall meal. I highly recommend Rise for a top-notch dining experience!Being able to kick back and eat an amazing lunch/dinner while winning a few hands of black jack is superior !Connor was a delight, we appreciate the amazing service !

I loved this place til tonight, I ordered take out food and I found 4 long strings of dark hair in my food, disappointing, I never had this happen before I didn’t stop eating til they just kept coming up, Disgusting.Don’t eat here.

Everything was great tonight including our waitress Janelle!She gave us excellent advice on what to order. I had the Patty Melt with Fries!Fantastic!!My wife had the Fried Shrimp with a Caesar Salad and a dish of Pasta with cream sauce!! She loved it!Everything was cooked the way we wanted and tasted great!!When we return we hope Janelle is working!!

We arrived and the person who received us tells us to go to the bar to make our orders to go, and then standing in front of the bar waitress, ignored us, never even looked at us, I think they should educate employees in customer service, that's why we decided to leave, No one deserves to be ignored, standing five minutes waiting for that woman at the service, I do not recommend it to anyone, I will not return

I wanted to tell everyone about this little place in the casino. It is open all night long but they don’t serve the full menu late night. The food is pretty good here. It is not your top of the line place and it’s mainly take out at night unless you find a spot at the counter to eat. I eat the open face roast beef with mashed potatoes and whatever the vegetable of the day is. I have eaten their open faced turkey, their fried shrimp, and their sweet potato fries. Anything I have gotten there has been good. If you want a late night bite to eat this will hit the spot. I forgot to mention their Cobb salad which is huge and has plenty of everything on it. This is a salad for 2 and it is so good. The Rise is in the casino like I said and you can not order and go get it. You have to go there to order and wait while they make it but it does not take long. The desserts in the front of the place is where I head to next. They are to die for and I recommend you going to eat dessert if nothing else. The dessert alone is worth the trip. Try the cheesecake with fresh fruit.
