TERRIBLE! Not the Starbucks experience you are accustomed to. The cashier was very friendly but oh the 4 baristas were not! There was one coffee missing from my order and with my receipt, trying explain not one cared. They just kept walking away with the eye roll. I’ll go without coffee next time. Also getting a drink holder was next to impossible. Just rude!

Waited 45 minutes and had to leave without my coffee order because my flight was boarding. While waiting I watched the person making food touch the trash and his hair without ever changing his gloves or washing his hands. He then continued touching the food. Gross! I also watched the manager wipe up a spill on the floor with a paper towel and then wipe down the counter with the same towel

I just literally order my drink here and I would say they don't care about your drinks! I order my usual and they don't have white chocolate mocha here, so I asked can they replace it with green tea ice drink instead, the baristas said yes. She done my drink half way, left it on the counter and then work on the others. Then Suddenly she dropped my cup on the floor, I guess by accident and then she pick it up, leave it on the counter next to my unfinished drink. I though she'll throw that cup away and give me the new cup, but NO! She fill my drink into that cup! Right in front of me! She then put the lid on and the drink spill all over the cup! I pick it and and just throw it in the trash. The GROSSES thing I've seen in front of me! If you go here, make sure to watch closely how your drink are made.

Fully agree with previous comment. Super slow, spent more 1 hour to get my order.Also group of 3 talking at the register looking over and ignoring me waiting to order, because one of them was sharing a story not about work.

Sat at the register for almost 10 mins waiting for someone to take cash transaction and three girls were asked “can anyone take her order” and they proceed to look at me and then go back on their phones. :)

I paid for my order, waited 30 minutes, then left without receiving anything because. I had to board my flight. 30 minutes is a long time to wait for a sandwich at an airport. I should get a refund for this.

Wednesday day, May 3rd, 5 pm; rude employee. Ordered a pink drink and 6 people behind me got their drinks first. Went to ask and just asked why people behind me got their drink first, gave me a rude reply. Then purposefully made me a VERY watered down pink drink. Worst Starbucks drink I ever got

The food and drinks were good, as usual, but we waited in line for 40 minutes. Four girls working behind the counter and only one (serving food) was actually working. The other three were talking and sipping their drinks. No concern at all for the line of customers.

The trainee got both our orders incorrectly but was fixed after almost what felt like 10 minutes at 5am. As we sat down with our order, looked at the receipt and my hubby’s venti with extra shot was a “single” shot only. My tall decaf Americano was fill to the rim with water and it tasted like water. We tried the location before the gates and that was bad as well. Save your money and get a coffee somewhere else.

Worst starbucks ever at Tampa Airport. Customer service is poor and they seem no to care while any other starbucks at this airport they so efficient and make your order right away

Dang this must be the worst Starbucks on this side of the country (check reviews). Guess I'm lucky I DIDN'T GET TO ORDER BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT OF EVERY THING EXCEPT HOT DRIP COFFEE. Who goes to Starbucks for regular coffee! JUST CLOSE!

I’ve never seen a Starbucks not take an order for 15 minutes. If I could give zero stars i would. The staff just took mobile orders, and would not take actual orders from people. It’s very disappointing. Do not go to the Starbucks.

Then the one making the drinks had to apologize and advise me someone will be with me shortly. Are you kidding right now? Didn't realize I was getting coffee from a gas station in the middle of the night.
