Expresso machine was “down” for the fourth time. Staff was their normal rude selves. Closest Target unfortunately. After numerous reviews about the Expresso room, I wonder if anything will be done?!

The target is nice and clean. It’s enjoyable to shop there and the customer service is great BUT the barista there Shreya (starbucks) has messed up not one but twice by charging me more then it should. Then proceeds to give me attitude, saying that’s not what she heard. It’s not hard to repeat the order or to simply apologize. Instead she rolls her eyes and gives me a refund. No apology, no sincerity, just straight rudeness.
