Imani's actions this morning really deserve a 5 star review. I ordered to the wrong store and she quickly corrected the issue! Had my drinks in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much for making the customer experience so wonderful.
Loved how they made the frappe! Got the mocha cookie crumble SO GOOD! And the people were nice enough and patient enough to explain the differences between some drinks we wanted to get.
This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that the coffee ALWAYS taste burnt. I get that they are a busy location but it always takes about 15 mins to get my coffee even when there’s just a couple people in front of me. I’d rather go into the publix in the same plaza and just go to the Starbucks located in there instead.
They need to normalize offering receipts and let customers decline if they don't want one. There was a woman at the drive through window with an apron that read something like "air force wife" or whatever corporate fascist nonsense, who seemed annoyed that I asked for a receipt. She said to ask for one when I roll up to the window since apparently the receipt gets pushed down in the cash register hard drive or something and they have to search for it. At no other Starbucks or other location is this an issue and the idea that I would need to roll up and just ask for a receipt immediately is bizarre.None of the other workers seem to care about it so not sure why she does. If you're paying $4 for coffee and $5 for a breakfast sandwich it isn't too big of a deal to ask for a receipt.Maybe the mistake is paying Starbucks marked up prices at all. Americans should probably stop doing that.
Fantastic Pannini sandwhich mozerella and pesto with roasted red peppers. Very good!
They are always friendly and make sure my order is right. If it isn't they replace it right away.
Friendly service but the slowest Starbucks Drive thru I have experienced and it's slow every time I go.
Great service. Have to say the drive through configuration is horrible (should be addressed) because the exit gets blocked by the entrance (car) line.
I've been debating on how many stars I wanted to give this Starbucks but I settled with 3 stars, since you can't do halves. This Starbucks has its really good moments and also really bad. First, the bad, about 50% of the time they give us the incorrect order, or give us someone else's order. This happens often during the drive through, I'm not sure if they are such in a rush they are sloppy about their work. However the good, the staff is always super friendly and happy to replace the items, however it becomes super annoying if you have to keep going back to get a replacement.
LOVE that its drive thru. The line seemed so long but it's amazing how fast and efficient this Starbucks is. I have been going here since it opened and I never once had am order wrong. how many times can you say that?
Such a great Starbucks. Always seem to get our orders right. Their service is quick and polite. Like this one.
This is one of my favorite locations. Every time I visit my sister and Tampa we run through here before going on our little trips to the parks or where ever. They always get the orders right and they're quick and friendly
Pretty busy today, the employees were not reading customers orders. I asked for extra thick my green tea Frappuccino, what I got was really watery drink.
Went by here yesterday and they were completely out of everything caramel! How disappointing. Who does the ordering here?? I opted to go through the drive thru which I won't do again because by the point I was told that I couldn't pull out of the drive thru because of the barrier. I caved and got a vanilla bean frap instead since I was stuck either way.
