Rude salesperson at the drive through window today. Only reason I gave a 2 star rating is because my coffee was pretty good. This Starbucks location is off my list…plenty of others near by.

I came in for tea and I understand that it's supposed to be unsweet but I asked for sweetener and both baristas made it seem like such a problem adding some in the lady even rolled her eyes at me when I came in the building because the man didn't put any in.

Close to my business Use to be my to go place but not any more, had me wait 5 minutes when they don’t have any customers, don’t event look at 50% off drinkware cashier will tell you “not really my manager said only selected items” then put selected item on the sale tags please !

I made a mistake on an order. Props to an excellent employee for correcting it for me.??⭐️??⭐️??⭐️??⭐️??⭐️??➡️➡️ SHARON⬅️⬅️was more than willing to adjust it for me, even though she did not have to. She went way above and beyond and was very helpful. These days customer service is at an all time low so to come across an employee who is very accommodating and helpful to the customer, without any attitude, is very rare. Not only did she lack a negative attitude, but she was extremely polite and professional, and did it with a smile. Such a small gesture on her part created a huge impact on a customer. It was my first time here. I ordered online for pickup inside. Arrived 5 minutes after estimated pickup time, my drink was ready by my wrap, wasn't. I waited 15 minutes then asked about my wrap. They refunded me and said they would prepare me one right away. I waited another 10 minutes and nothing as I saw multiple food orders fulfilled. I left without my food after waiting almost 30 minutes.

Always fast and friendly here. My order has never been wrong, very consistent. Prices are on the higher side compared to their competitors but there is a big difference in the quality of their products so I don’t mind paying the difference. Great spot!
