Waited for over 35 minutes for 2 drinks. I understand that operating during rush hours can be difficult & could cause some delay. But upon receiving the drinks & giving it a try, I immediately noticed it tasted awful. The drink wasn’t mixed at all, and not to mention the drink tasted nothing like my regular order. It was such a dissatisfying experience overall.

Please update the posted hours. I was told by an employee that the lobby was closing at 9pm (which is an hour earlier than the posted time) but that the drive-thru would remain open until 10pm. Came here specifically because it said it was open later.

Service is terrible one person doing all food orders plus front counter with a min of five ppl in line and two workers walking around like they are doing something but are not...help your co worker. She didn't do my order until I asked for refund when the other workers could just have easily helped the front counter out. Sorry to the front counter girl I took it out on her

The Starbucks location is super busy and takes a long time to prepare drinks. I waited close to 30 minutes for 2 coffees. I would recommend another location. The seating is always packed and no where to sit.Parking: Parking is limited and drive through has long lines
This is the slowest service ever. We have been waiting more than 20 minutes. For two drinks. There is only one barista working.
