whoever was at the drive thru window had no manners and a very sarcastic attitude.

The girl that takes the order in the mornings outside in the drive thru line is the only pleasant one of them all. Drive thru baristas are a nightmare they are just rude - Im sure because they are being lead by Danny a very rude “manager”. Don’t dare to order and use a personal cup they will treat you like garbage (told by Danny himself this is the reason for their rudeness) I love Starbucks and order it 3-5 times a week and this location is on my way to work. I hate to not have my Starbucks in the mornings but because of their rudeness and poor customer service I will never set foot there again. Ive visited many Starbucks all great, lead by people who are pleasant and their customer service is top notch.. this particular location must be managed differently because by far this is the worst location I’ve ever been to.Upper management should reconsider their managers they are definitely bringing this location down - if people don’t like making coffee or dealing with public don’t have a job where you have to do just that.

Evening crew today were super awesome and friendly. I’ll definitely be visiting this location if I come through again. My drink tasted perfect as well.

The absolute worst Starbucks. Slowest and rudest people. The closing shift really can't handle more than three people in the drive-thru

The employees are always very nice at this location. The Baristas always do a great job and will adjust the temp if you ask them too.Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple handicapped parking spots and it is level ground from parking lot to the door.

Very friendly staff but service is extremely slow. Even when it's not busy it takes too long to receive your order.

I spend $700-$1000 a MONTH on Starbucks & something is wrong with my order almost every time! Considering I’m always ubering it’s an inconvenience to go back and have the order corrected.I spend money to Uber here, if my stop takes more than 5 minutes the Uber starts charging me by the minute. Ofcourse the service is always slow. The least you guys can do is get the order right. Now here I am with my incorrect Starbucks order, wasted time and wasted money.

By far the WORST Starbucks in Tampa. Every time we visit this location there is a problem, but last week it hit next level. I went through the drive-thru and received the wrong drink, but didn't realize until I already got where I was going. So I sipped on it while at my plans and stopped back by on my way home to let them know and get my accurate drink, bringing the wrong drink back in with me as evidence. The barista took the drink out of my hand (they are not supposed to take back served drinks), took the lid off and said "you drank some of it." I said "yes, I did. If you picked up food on your way somewhere and realized it was wrong when you got there, would you not eat? Or would you eat what they gave you and then let them know so they can make it right?" He proceeded to ask where I was (a complete violation of my privacy), then argued with me saying "that wasn't far, you could have come back." Not that I needed to explain myself, but I said, no I couldn't leave what I was doing and came back as soon as I could (about 45 minutes later). He said I would have to pay for my correct drink if I wanted it since I drank the drink I paid for. I said, no I drank some of the drink you gave me, I never got the drink I paid for. 1) He shouldn't even know how much I drank as they aren't supposed to take the cup 2) they are just throwing it away, full or empty, so who cares. Most places would just let you keep the wrong one AND give you the right one. He refused to make the size I ordered (venti) and made me a small drink to "make up for what I drank of the wrong one." I have never seen someone act so petty over the difference between a grande and a venti, especially over their own mistake. There was never an apology for giving me the wrong drink or for the inconvenience of me having to return; and I don't understand how it was okay that I visited the store TWICE without ever getting the drink I paid for (which was $7.90 by the way after modifications). I do not understand this mentality of customer service: because they would not make the size I paid for, possibly a .75 cent difference, I called corporate who gave me a $25.00 credit on my account. I mean works for me, but just proves how pointless all of this drama was on their part. Corporate was appalled at how I was treated and sent a report to the store manager and district manager, as well. Danny is the barista's name by the way. This location is a disaster. We now drive to the further one just to avoid going there. PS he also never washed his hands after taking my drink back and touching the lid, continuing to touch others food and drink items. Disgusting.
