Not only does he help you in front of the desk but he also goes behind to help in the preparation of quick meals. The rest of the team, also super fast and attentive to their work. I just left here about an hour ago and I’m failing to understand why it’s hard for people to read simple preferences. I asked for 3 soft taco supremes with no cheese. Of course when I opened one they had cheese. Shocker!! I pulled back around and the cook manager I’m guessing asked to see the tacos. He then gave me a new order of 3 soft tacos that were not supreme just lettuce and beef? So I gave them back and he acted confused and was like you don’t want lettuce either? Like bruh no 3 soft taco supremes with no cheese should mean lettuce, tomato, beef, and sour cream. I don’t know what’s so hard about that ?I get my new tacos that they cooked with no effort and they were ice cold the girl at the window was nice but she couldn’t read either I’m assuming because she gave me a Baja blast for free with a sticker on it meaning the last person who picked up their food definitely for Uber/doordash didn’t have the drink they bought with their order. Like I know it’s late at night but like dam fr?

I've been to this location a few times now. They made an oops on my order tonight by putting a beef crunchwrap in my veggie cravings box, but Shae (Shay... Shaye???) Fixed it for me immediately and was so kind and patient with me. I appreciate the effort shown. It wasn't the usual laissez-faire attitude that a lot of fast food workers show later in a shift. Every other time I've ordered has been just right. This was my first time ordering online, so I'm sure it appears a bit differently. Again, I'm grateful for the adjustment. I'll definitely order again. Everyone was kind.

This is the best Taco Bell in all of Tampa. I will often pass two or three others to come to this one. The service is usually very fast, the orders are correct, the food is hot and delicious. I like the new items they keep coming out with and their current Value Meal is very reasonable with a good variety. Yes, it will never be fine dining and the staff often seem miserable, but I would be too working in fast food.Vegetarian options: I see the vegetarian options clearly labeled, which are often with potatoes or beans and rice. It seems like there are a good number of vegetarian options here, compared to other fast food places.

Came at 243am on a Saturday night and they said they were closed.....smh....people are just so lazy now of days...
I came for an Uber order and there is a lady who gave me my order without drinks and treated me extremely badly. I don't know how people like them can work there without education and without treating customers. She told me to leave so she wouldn't bother me. I wasn't going to give anything else, if he doesn't want to work then he should go home and not give a hard time to the people who pay to be able to eat and still don't give him good attention, for me this taco bell doesn't exist and I know that's how he treats a lot of people.
