Service is very scarce. This restaurant only has a couple tables with people and all waiters are standing at the bar area, no one has come by and asked to fill my water or if I want more wine. Portions are very good, but everything is probably priced a little higher than it should be. I live very close and I would not go back based on the service.

This is a gem of a restaurant. The proprietor was amazingly personal, and created an atmosphere of satisfaction every chance he could. It becomes immediately apparent that, the staff here work very hard to create a great atmosphere for you to celebrate or casually dine. Top notch service the whole way. Despite the restaurant being full, the dinner service ran like a well oiled machine. The appetizers, salads, entrees were all delicious. The food quality was equivalent to the excellent service.I would definitely recommend this place to others, and I would return myself when returning to Tampa.

Upon arrival, my family and I were greeted with an unwelcoming atmosphere. Despite there being only one other family present, the staff seemed disinterested and unengaged. We stood waiting for acknowledgment, while they huddled together, casting us glances that felt anything but inviting.Once seated, the lack of hospitality continued. Our server failed to even offer a basic greeting, displaying a remarkable absence of manners and communication. The collective attitude from the staff exuded arrogance, as if they believed they were doing us a favor by allowing us to dine there. As more patrons arrived, the sudden shift in the staff's demeanor was noticeable. Suddenly, they were animated and engaged, chatting away with other tables while neglecting their earlier indifference towards us. It was a perplexing sight, leaving me questioning the consistency of their service.Turning to the food, I must admit I had higher expectations. The dishes fell short of delivering anything remarkable. Take, for instance, the fettuccine carbonara, which promised a rich and flavorful experience but instead tasted like a dull alfredo pasta dish.My time at Vino e Pasta was spoiled by lousy service and disappointing food. I had expected a memorable meal, but I left feeling thoroughly let down. Given my experience, I cannot honestly suggest this place to others.

My girlfriend and I came here for our anniversary and we experienced the highest quality of service. All of the servers, as well as the owner were so attentive; they made our dining experience one of the best! The food came out so fast that it was almost like we had ordered fast food and were not at a sit down restaurant, and the whole time we were eating we were in awe of how good the food tasted. We will definitely be coming back, and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

The best Italian in Tampa! Family owned and operated! The owner went to every table to great costumers and made you feel welcome. I went for a friends birthday and they accommodated our big group and gave the ladies a rose after the meal! Great atmosphere, amazing food, they had a singer and guitar player serenading the tables too!
