Not sure why there's any bad reviews! Food is always fresh and amazing. Been coming here for a decade and it's the only Chinese food I'll eat. Great family owned business. 10/10 always. Stella took my order and let me know you can get your last order auto filled so you don't have to reorder every time!Parking: Plenty of parking!

Called tonight and spoke to someone with terrible customer service. Condescending, wouldn't explain the combos and then hung up the phone on me mid sentence.

Great food! Best tasting Chinese food in town! Also, their portions are huge for the price you pay. My wife and I usually split one of their dinner combinations! We have tried almost all other local Chinese

I'd like to start by saying I'm beyond confused with the negative reviews people have left. Me and my wife order from this restaurant all the time, our usual order is the combination platter with beef and broccoli and general tso, we ask to substitute the white rice for pork fried rice and each get an egg roll. We've never had a problem with our food, on the contrary, it's always fresh, hot and the packaging is great. We've also tried the cream cheese rangoon's, steamed dumplings, wonton soup, shrimp egg roll, shrimp fried rice, sweet and sour pork, szechuan pork, sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, honey chicken, kam pao chicken and chicken lo mein (wasn't my favorite but it wasn't bad 3/5) overall everything was and is great!

I'm so thankful for a place like this locally. I've traveled a lot for work, and Florida is generally one of the most difficult places to find good food. Perfect rice, (I get both white & fried.) And my favorite General Tso's Tofu (extra crispy, extra spicy) It's more an american dish than authentic, but I still love it. :)

This is the second time that I have vordered chicken fried rice from these people and they give me plain rise and then they gave me a dish of chicken wit myh broccoli. I don't know what part of chicken fried rice they don't understand never had this problem before. Always had good food and good service. Will not be ordering from them again and had to wait on the order after I done called it in because they didn't write it up because they didn't even take my name. Terrible service I guess it's because they got young kids in there taking the orders. Never had this problem till lately when somebody called in and says that went chicken fried rice they expect chicken fried rice. Not a bowl of white rice and a container and a bowl of chicken with broccoli and a different container. What's up with this place?

Have been going to this place since I was a kid and have never had any issues at all. Food is always delicious and service is good as well. My favorite Chinese food spot in town.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered general tso, white rice and potstickers. The general tso was chewy and soggy, the potstickers were mushy and the white rice was hard and undercooked. Very disappointing

Just had a very good experience with Hop Bo West Melbourne. We ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan, Tofu w/ Mixed Vegetables, and Beef w/ Black Bean Sauce (spicy as my sister likes it) for lunch. Everything was very fresh and the veggies were tender crisp, not raw and not overcooked. Prices are very reasonable. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes and I was there within 15 and our order was ready. Our last two Chinese restaurants went out of business - this is now our go-to!

Hop Bo has fantastic Chinese takeout. The portions are HUGE and so you get a lot of bang for your buck. Inside the restaurant, it is quite small and loud, so I would recommend getting take out rather than dining in.Vegetarian options: A lot of entrees can have the protein substituted with tofu, making for a lot of vegan or vegetarian options. The General Tao's tofu is amazing -- the best I've had.
