Very friendly staff Joseph and Keema were amazing nice breakfast excellent location. Large room the bathroom was a bit tiny p me the king suite. Dinner was good breakfast was too. I really enjoyed the [peanut butter pie/ I would stay there again. Can't say enough good things about Joseph.

No pretending here.. they make it clear they don't care. Refrigeration was over 60 degrees in the restaurant by the cash register. Mentioned it to the supervisor, she said it was ok. I guess bacteria doesn't grow at DoubleTree like the rest of the planet. The person behind the desk took my honors points and gave me $15 food credit. Didn't want that, she said she fixed it, not true.They don't care and are very proud of it !

Fantastic proximity to the airport... and now the bad. Spent my first night in a room that smelled musty which I was willing to overlook because "it's Florida" but it was facing the expressway, which was extremely loud. I asked to be moved and I was put in a room on the opposite side of the building which was much better. Hilton beds are always clean, but there is little attention to detail on the bathrooms. Both rooms had notable mildew in toilets and sink, and the new one had someone else's hair in the sink. For close to $300 a night that week, I expected better.I asked to be added to the shuttle to the airport for the morning I was leaving at 10AM. I arrived at the desk at 950 and was told the shuttle was outside. No one was inside the bus so I sat on the couch. Waited until 1015 as I heard the front desk tell another couple the shuttle would be back at 1030 although it had never left, so I called a Lyft. 5 minutes later at 1020 - as I'm climbing into the Lyft- I see a guy walking around the building on the phone wearing a Hilton shirt toward the shuttle. Too late, paid the 12 bucks to go to the airport. Figured diamond status meant a bit more but I guess not here. I will not be staying here if I ever have to go back to WPB.

Really more of a 4.5 star than a 5, but solid enough of a hotel. Service was excellent at all times. Location was good, an easy drive to the airport as well as the downtown area. Room was basic but clean and reasonably comfortable.

Location was great. The night service in the bar restaurant was horrible . 1 staff member for about 100 people, couldn’t get an order in and god forbid you asked the bartender for a drink he would literally look at you like you asked for a unicorn. A women came to “help” maybe the manager and was also super rude . They don’t clean the bar off when someone leaves so it’s all sticky. Fruit flies are swarming and one landed in a drink. As we were leaving the downstairs bathroom had a cockroach in the stall. One super friendly front desk women named Camille the others seemed annoyed or like they didn’t know what was happening. Super disappointed in this stay

Room was filthy! Rooms were sold out at this and other locations, so along with my wife, we had to endure which was one of our worst hotel stays in the 33 years we've been married. Never again!Rooms: Room was filthy and smelled like old, wet, dirty carpet. Furnishings were dirty and broken. The toilet fixtures were deplorable — stained toilet commode and seat, mold growing around bathroom sink, and tub's enamel was chipped, and shower curtain ripped and souled. A very dirty towel was left in to closet!! Door hinges were rusting, a clear indication of excessive moisture. Carpet smelled like there was/ is moisture intrusion (kept our shoes on).Safety: Parking lot dark and no active security visible. Felt unsafe going to and from vehicle, and felt that it was more succeptable to be vandalized overnight.

CLEANLINESS & PRESENTATION — checked into my room and immediately smelled mildew/mold so I went on the hunt. The bed was not neatly made and couch pillows had visible body fluid stains and make up on them. Entertainment center was broken, literally falling off the hinges. Absolutely no space in the bathroom to comfortably get dressed.I will say the staff was kind and welcoming at check in and 15m later at check out. Waiting on the manager to refund my pre-paid stay!

Breakfast was at, best average. During the day there is no coffee or food available. The rooms were dated and cheaply furnished. Overall a disappointing experience. Only stayed here as the President and VP were in town and there was little else available in Hilton products.Rooms: Dated furnishings

The stay was terrible. My problem with the room 618, to start was the AC. It’s was extremely loud the entire time as if was going to explode. It was very scary and nerve-racking, we couldn’t get any sleep at all. Following that I found a small bug on the bed coming from the pillow close to the headboard area and that was just it for me. Other than that it was a very loud floor, our room was right by the highway I-95, so we heard the noise from the roads all night and early in the morning. It was just a terrible stay, I really want a refund or some type of compensation for this horrible experience .

We utilized the shuttle from the airport in. It arrived quickly and the guy was great. He said the one for our flight the next day leaves at 0805 and it runs every hour. We get downstairs at 0750 and everyone’s waiting and we ask the front desk receptionist where the shuttle is and she said it leaves at 0830. No explanation as to why the times are so different or anything. There were multiple parties waiting for an 0805 shuttle
