This was my first and last time ordering from got rice. Not only they didn't send me my full order it was salty and nasty. And when I called to tell them that the person that picked up did not apologize or even tried to help. Do not order from this place I would give them less than a star if I could!

Food's not bad but this was an order of sesame chicken (where's the sesame?) and pork fried rice (no pork, no fried). Too bad it was takeout so I didn't noticed until I got home.

BEYOND EXPENSIVE! Price is high even for our world of inflation! I ordered a small wonton soup, beef lo mein and egg roll. 24 bucks! The lo mein & egg roll were good in an avg take out chinese kind of way. Wonton soup was gross, couldn't eat it. Overall I can get the same meal with much better soup for 30% - 40% less down the street.

Ordered $30.00 for two small plates when I received my food it had little burnt items in the rice. The rice was sticky The chicken in garlic sauce had plenty of broccoli hardly any chicken. The few chicken was tough like rubber the other plate was suppose to be shrimp fried rice only 2 shrimps.... just the worst I will never return to this spot. They think they can just serve Anything to the public and it's ok.... no thanks to "GOT RICE"

I cannot rate the food as we never got our order. Yes it was Christmas Day and yes I anticipated packing my patience when I went to pick up the order I had placed earlier in the day for a 5:30 pick up. I did not expect it to be ready and was understanding about that. What I did not expect was for there to be one, yes only one person working, that person was in the kitchen. I arrived at 5:15 there were others waiting for their orders that were already way overdue. No one came out of the kitchen for at least the first 10 minutes. When they did come out I showed him my order confirmation which reflected the 5:30 time. he said it was not yet 5:30 and the order would be ready soon. I thanked him and was ok waiting knowing the order was at least on the radar. Fast forward it's now 6:00 and myself along with many others still waiting with no idea what is going on as the guy never came out of the kitchen. people were trying to cancel their orders through the site the orders were placed with no success. One gentleman was on the phone with his CC company to get his cancelled. I finally went to the kitchen door to try and get the guy's attention, he came out and again said the orders, mine and the others were almost done. Another 15 minutes or so go by, he finally comes out with one order. I then ask about all the others and he proceeds to say he doesn't have those started yet. Two of us wanted refunds, and he brings out gift cards. we pretty much laughed in his face. He does finally start working to credit one customers order. I had no patience left, called my CC company to deal with it, being mine was a pending order they told me to wait and see if the charge goes through and then I could dispute it. No surprise the charge went through so I am now disputing. All and all a horrible experience. You know it's going to be busy on Christmas day, either staff enough to handle things or don't bother opening in the first place.

Went here for the first time last night and I loved it I got the vegetable lomain and the honey garlic chicken it was fresh and quick! I'll def come back and try more things

The food is terrible, it's not what it used to be, the honey chicken is as hard as a shoe. The young punk working in the front is so rude, I heard he was the owners son. He should have been fired by now, he is disrespectful, does not smile and has not the slightest concept of what customer service truly is. I would have given this place zero stars as a rating if that was only an option. My advice do not eat at this place, do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else that is true quality.

Very delicious Chinese food. Great service & fresh food to order! Loved their spicy horseradish mustard for dipping. Top favorite for Chinese food in Palm Beach Florida. Their fried rice is well worth ordering. Good prices & will be back soon! Cheers

They used to be excellent! Key word Used to be. Now they are awful. From Pork egg roll to. house fried rice which was total mush and Mongolian beef was inedible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME GOING THERE.
