As my first time at Ideal Nutrition, I was hesitant but curious what it’s all about but after all the help from supervisor Eros at the West Palm location he explained the goals and purpose of the company. After talking to him he convinced me to start meal prepping during my work week so I left with 5 meals and I will be returning next Sunday!

I’ve been going there for quite some time I realize lately that there’s been some changes in the price and the amount of product you get not quite sure what went on there but it’s unfortunate. I won’t be going back. I really enjoyed it.
