El Emporio indeed! You could easily miss this WPB gem of a bakery and if you do it's your loss. Places to eat are well represented along this stretch of Military Trail, and South American food, well that goes without saying. There are actually 2 near one another and GPS chose this one. Bright, clean and stocked with delicious baked goods this place is a must stop. Lunch and dinner items were also in the menu but it was morning so those had to wait. If you're a fan of Argentine or Uruguayan pastries this is the place for you. All the facturas are freshly baked and amazing. The Chajá cake is a family favorite and I have a soft spot for their empanadas. You can call in and pre-order or just visit them to see for yourself what a great variety they have.

Amazing Ecuadorian style pull pork sandwich, just like the ones in Guayaquil. Sweet bread is also really good. The owners are really cool people. I am planning to return as often as possible. I look forward to taste more and more of their culinary repertoire.
