The only reason why I’m giving 3 starts its because the server was a good person. Food don’t even deserve 1. I decided to go out after my quarantine, in order to kill my sushi desire. After browsing I found the sushi “burritos”. My two favorites foods. I arrived to the place and as bad news they didn’t have burritos. I went for the bowl and it totally disappointed me. Located in Grandview Market, it is the only five-star eatery in the marketplace space, at the moment, BUT, that being said, the Poké bowls don't hold a candle to nearby Pipeline, or even places with sushi that do Poké. The ingredients are fresh. Too much emphasis on filling starches, that are cheaper than pricier greens, and proteins. I went here on a Sunday around 6pm and ordered a poke bowl (thru ramen lab). The wait was super long, it took about an hour to get our food and it turns out they had run out of a lot of ingredients. I had a poke bowl with noodles instead which was fine! Food was really good and the staff was very apologetic and gave us a mochi ice cream for our wait. 5/5 for the food, 3/5 for the wait time and lack of ingredients.
