Chicken for my burrito bowls was burnt and old. Please serve fresh chicken in the future and pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the front line. This is the first thing people see when entering your establishment.

What a terrible store.The place was very dirty & the staff were more interested in talking to each other than serving staff.No steak available . When I went to get a diet coke there was none available, I was told that they needed to refil but that was not done in the 20 minutes I was in the store.The 4 garbage bins were overflowing & ice was flowing onto the floor from the drinks station.There was a filthy cloth wit a disinfectant spray next to this.I asked for a refund on the soda I didn't have & got a Uuuuuh & a look of contempt from the staff instead of an apologyI really enjoy Chipotle but I will never be going back to this place.Be warned

Don’t come to this chipotle deja is a scum and will add extra charges on your order she charged me for two items when I only got one when I confronted her after I paid she said I should of been paying attention to the amount and refused to give me a refund and said there was no manager I tried to call multiple times and no answer terrible customer service CHECK YOUR TOTAL or don’t come at all

This was the worst chipotle I have ever gotten. We ordered 3 bowls and 1 burrito. One bowl with steak and we got raw steak. 2 one was with Barbacoa and we got raw steak again. Last bowl was supposed to be steak also got raw steak and burrito was supposed to be chicken and we also got raw steak. All 4 meals completely wrong and inedible. We also ordered chips and queso and we didn't get that. 60 dollars wasted. I do not recommend ever going here. Complete waste of money and food wasn’t good either.

Besides the decent food that you can depend on, there isn’t much redeemable about this chipotle. There is always some sort of ‘wet floor’ situation, bathroom out of order situation, soda machine malfunction, or poor management issue. They hardly ever get the order out in time, usually overcook one side of the chicken, and usually are out salad dressing or kid oranges. On a bigger scale, Chipotle’s raising of prices has made me reconsider how much I like their food. Come on Chiptole, you gotta do better!

Super excited to get to chipotle today turned out to be a bit of a disgrace. I was In at 10:45 but did not get out until at 11:08. First server not ready until after 11. Register was not ready to pay and checkout. Took too long to get food. Everyone was still sleeping. Concerned about cleanliness as well.

if you come on the weekdays between six and 10 o’clock, there A girl who has a nose ring I believe and curly hair. She is the most rude employee I’ve ever met. She’s probably 18 she’s always on her phone. She backtalk people rolls her eyes and gives attitude then on top of it they never have the salad dressing or the rice, ready by the time you come in for dinner rush I’m sorry did you not know the dinner rush was gonna come it comes every day how are you not prepared? Why do you have a teenager on the line and why is she being rude to the customers that come in daily? I come in at least once a week and I’m treated very poorly every time I come in fact I believe I’m recognized by this girl and she gives me attitude every time I come I really dislike coming here, but is the closest chipotle to my gym if you can go anywhere else I highly recommendVegetarian options: they got Sofrita it’s slaps

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER! This is like my 3rd review in the last year and nothing has changed! I’m over it! Poor management, workers on phones, ingredients out of stock, unprofessional employees, cleanliness,..need I say more? I’ve been in for a to-go order a few times, and delivery. Same order., But REALLY pisses me off is if I order 2 salads for delivery 3 times, and they NEVER include the dressing! This happens every time which RUINS my dinner. Does ANYONE CARE ABOUT MY REVIEW HERE AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE???
