At this location they call this a large fry. Barely any fries and barely cooked with no seasoning burnt to the styrofoam. Complete waste of money.

I have been coming this Zaxby's for several years and never had an issue. Today I ordered my food through the mobile app. I ordered it about 10 minutes before I got to the restuarant and expected it to be ready when I arrived. I drove through the drive through to tell them about my mobile order and they told me to pull around to the front and wait and someone would bring the order out to me. So I did and waited 10 minutes and no one came outside. So I drove back to through the drive through and finally got my food after 20 minutes of waiting. Then the girl name Elise handed me my drinks. They were full of ice and I asked for no ice. I asked for them to be remade because by the time I get home the ice would be half melted. She took the drinks back and said she remade them. Then Elise handed me the drinks and laughed in my face rudely. I drove all the way home and then realized the drinks had ice in them and that Elise never remade the drinks. I dumped the ice into my sink and the drinks weren't even half full with coke. So I had to drive back to Zaxbys to get the drinks that I paid for. It's a shame that customer service doesn't exist anymore. I'm honestly seriously worried about gen z and future generations. They won't get far in life treating people like this. I will go to the Chickfila next door next time.

Ordered kids chicken fingers for my grandson. Also ordered an UNSWEET tea for myself. I am diabetic, thus the unsweet tea order. Tea was sweet, could not drink and had to pour out. People dont always order diet or unsweet drinks to cut calories, it is for their health condition. Pay attention people. Seriously.

This Zaxby's location, marked by tranquility and cleanliness, impressed me. Mr. Universe and the staff exemplify exceptional politeness and work ethic. The food, consistently tender and juicy, contrasts with a past disappointing experience at another location. Grateful to the skilled cooks and Mr. Universe, I've become a loyal regular.
The minute it turns 10 PM at this Zaxbys just go somewhere else. They turn off all the lights, they turn off the drive thru menu, and even if you sit at the drive thru waiting for someone to take your order, they sit at the window waiting for the car to leave like we can’t see them. Always a problem at this Zaxbys and this isn’t the first time I have this issue.

Don't ever go here unless you are paying with card. They will steal your cash. Matter a fact don't go here in general they throw change atyou and are rude. Asked for extra sauce nicely and didn't receive it. I handed the person at the drive through 2 tens and a 5 and a 1. They stole a ten and made it seem like it was my fault and I didn't receive money back. Don't ever visit this Zaxbys. If you read this you clearly needed that 10 more than me and I hope you learn to be more honest. Have the day you deserve!

The visit this evening was okay. The wait for food was longer than usual. The chicken parm fries were okay but not worth the price. Tried this for the first time, but I probably wouldn't get it again.The Cheddar bites appeared to be way lacking on serving size. I even asked them if that was correct and was told it is. Again, it seems like Zaxby's is slacking on cheddar bites portion sizes and not worth $5 for that amount of bites. Employees were friendly though, and the entire was nice.Parking: Parking was good.
Please wait a moment 3-5 mins later nothing at drive thru ? I’ll take my business where customer service is more of a priority, should be able to multi task more than one car at a time . Prices seem steep. update!! Chick-fil-A next door had my order and food handed to me in less time than it took to wait at this drive through at 8pm on a Saturday
