Pregnant and craved an Arby’s sandwich. This is the 2nd time we’ve had Sabrina as our cashier. Last visit I ordered a kids meal. Instead she rang me up each item individually and was extremely irritated by my presence it seemed. When I sat down to wait she proceeded to talk to another employee and laugh while looking at me. Clearly talking about me. I never even told her she’d overcharged/rang it up wrong. I just let it go trying to not cause problems.Today, we ordered regular meals and were greeted with the same disgusting attitude. Mind you we witnessed 2 different black people order and received a kind attitude from her. It’s obvious she doesn’t like white people. I can’t say I’ll be back if she’s here. I’m over the rudeness and I won’t be paying $26 dollars for that again. Do better. Train better. Be a better human. If you don’t like your job or certain types of people, leave. That’s all.

The food is usually okay. Occasionally, it is even very good. Sometimes, things got a bit of an off taste, but nothing too bad to eat. The service is always pretty good and relatively quick. However, that may be because it's usually empty.Atmosphere wise the place now is looking pretty run down and dumpy. It's been in overall bad shape for a long time and hasn't been improved in ages. It's clean from what I can see, just sad looking.

Went to Arby's for lunch and Sabrina the cashier no personality place my order for the two can dine for 9.99 and I ordered cheese sticks got with my order and she gave my Mac and cheese bites I told her I ordered cheese sticks she said I know what u said.. the she got smart and said I just don't like the Mac and cheese bites u just wanted free cheese sticks... So I had my sister to come to the counter to be my witness and she still insisted that I said Mac and cheese bites so the manger came up and said no worries I will give you the cheese sticks..So Sabrina didn't apologize or admit her fault for ringing up my order wrong Very bad customer service will not be returning!!! If she would have admitted she heard me wrong instead of being smart and flip at the mouth I wouldn't be writing this review!

I placed an online order and it wasn't ready on time. The food was almost cold when we got it after they fixed it while we waited. We had to ask for our shakes. The cashier was friendly. Thee guy that was supposed to be fixing the food was dancing and talking to someone in the back about something that happened on Westover.
Food is good but the service is absolutely terrible. I didn’t know the employees made up their own hours for the restaurant. We ordered at 7:45 and they turned the lights off at 8:00. Another person pulled in as we were leaving and they were refused at the drive-thru. We were told to go around front and wait for our food to be ready and after 15 minutes of waiting (it was only us and one other customer in the entire place) we finally decided to knock on the locked door only to be laughed at by an employee sitting at a table. We finally got our food, but won’t be returning anytime soon. I really hope Arby’s is keeping an eye on their employees who are on the clock. We saw a lot of sitting around and hanging out more than actually working.

The dining room was clean. I didn't visit the restroom while I was there. Ordered an original phillysteak combo at 11:28 am. Others came in and ordered. I knew they were a little slow, but I didn't think alot about it until customers after me started getting their orders. At 12:24, I inquired as to the delay. They either had not made my order or they gave it to someone else. I had wait a little longer for another sandwich. Fries were barely warm, and they gave me the wrong sandwich. By this time is was past being annoyed. I ate only my fries and through the 1/4 eaten sandwich in the trash. Arby's use to be a favorite. I won't be back and won't recommend them. I actually left another restaurant because of wanted Arby's. I won't make that mistake again.
