First thing was a dirty wash rag left on our table. Then when we asked for small plates to split the appetizers, we were given trays that had other people’s food on it. There’s no way you can’t see three carrots rolling around on the tray. The server seemed to be more occupied with a group of teenagers over her other tables because she took one order and left the table. Didn’t listen to what drinks we needed and had to be reminded that we needed refills multiple times. When she finally took everyone else’s orders she didn’t write any of it down and came back to the table to retake the order pretty much on her tablet. We waited an hour and a half and everyone but one person got their food. Turns out she forgot to put my order in and we told her multiple times that I still wanted it. All it was was the cheeseburger with no tomato. When I get home and can eat, all that’s on the burger is meat and cheese. No mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles or lettuce. Extremely horrible will not be returning and do not recommend

Couldn't even get seated properly. Was walking in with a worker and she wasn't even clocked in she just threw her head back and said you can sit anywhere and walked off so we kindly just walked out.Never eating at this

Arrived at 10:46pm and was told they had just decided to close early for the night, with no explanation offered. That's 1 hour and 15 minutes early. While the employees were extremely unprofessional, I have raised my rating seeing that someone has responded and is aware. I understand you cannot control every individual employee. I hope to visit again and further re-edit this review after actually eating some wings!

We eat at wild wings once a month. We were 1 of only 3 tables on this day...the wings were overcooked, and the service and was horrible. Our regular server was not present, we are usually a group of 4-8 persons who order food and drinks.
Had a great time. Alisha was our server. She was very attentive and polite. Always had refills on our drinks and answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back to see Alisha!

Worst service of any B dubs I've ever been to. Employee's are all more interested in gossiping and flirting with each other than working. 40 mins just to order a beer...PATHETIC. FIRE THEM ALL!!!

Bar tender absolutely horrible did not get my order right at all order a mix of hot and bbq and stated I wanted the sauces mixed asked for blue cheese gave me ranch told him I didn’t want ranch and I wanted blue cheese took the ranch away and never gave me the blue cheese this is after it took 20 mins to get his attention to place the order
