The food was not the issue. The service is what sucks. Online drive-thru orders are not allowed at this location even though you are given the option at this location on-line. After placing an on-line drive-thru order and waiting forever in the drive-thru line, I am told that they do not allow on-line drive thru orders, and I must come inside to pick up my order. After going inside, then I must wait again in another line to get my order. Ridiculous. The person on the drive thru microphone was also unprofessional and rude. If your location does not accept on-line drive-thru orders, then your website should reflect that for your location. This is 2023.

As I walked in a worker taking out the trash asked me if I wanted to place a order. Then he immediately walked over and began taking my order without washing his hand. Handed me my cups and food without washing his had. The floor is also dirty.
