Ordered country fried steak and graver keyword gravy drove 20 minutes home.No gravy Do not go to the sorry a** restaurant to buy anything.It's ridiculous.I mean, you can't even get the food you ordered.Spent fourteen dollars for a country fried steak and gravy and then get home without it call twice and no one answers

Server took order never returned to ask about satisfaction with meal. One meal ordered well done delivered medium. I had to stop a server to show it was not well done. Replaced meal but had less potatoes than when I sent it back. Never asked " how was your meal" ? only asked if this one is "ok?" . Overall our worst experience at any Crackerbarrel we have visited . Won't rush back to Crackerbarrel anytime soon. Very disappointing. Albany Georgia location. Evening 5:00 - ish, not busy at all.

Came here for a Sunday brunch with the family. We expected it to be busy for a usual Sunday as is. But they were extremely slow than a typical Sunday service. Our section was barely checked on and had to ask another waitress for things we needed. On top of that, I end up getting sick from their meal. Not sure what it was but I was vomiting and had stomach pain all day. I will not be going there again.Food was meh. Some meals were a hit while others were very bland.

We were given a little corner of turkey dressing, which was not very good, it was hard, and the turkey was dry around the edges. We have had dressing before and got a decent serving size and it was much better.

My husband and I rarely go out to eat . He is disabled and dining out is a rare treat.Our hostess started to take us to a table, but when she realized howdiifficult it was for him to walk that far, she quickly offered us a table much closer.It was Friday night, and of course CB was busy. We ordered , but the food was late to arrive. Our waitress,Ny, apologized and said the managers were having to help cook , and we would be receiving a discount ! The meal was lovely, food was great
