My visit yesterday to Dunkin Donuts on Oglethorpe left me thoroughly impressed! I ordered a 10 pack of munchkins and 2 sour cream donuts, all of which were delightfully fresh. The service was lightning-fast, and the two ladies behind the counter were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. I'm glad I went inside as they assisted me in selecting the freshest options. Kudos to the exceptional service and delicious treats—I'll definitely be back!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right at the door.

Not very happy with this place right now! First of all you go here because they have a good selection of donuts...imagine when you order and they say they don't have what you want, so, you ask for something else, and they don't have that either!!! You pull up to the window and ask why they hardly have any donuts....their donut budget was cut!!! I am floored! What is the point of even having a store if you're not willing to serve the public what they want!! Do better!! Now to be clear, your staff was very good and accommodating, so, this is on YOU store owner!! You have got to do better!

Last night I ordered Dunkin from doordash. It was my first experience so I was anxious to finally give them a try. Sadly, I was not impressed at all. I ordered a original iced coffee with whole milk a shot of butter pecan flavoring, salted caramel, sugar, and cold foam. When I received my drink it was just watered down plain iced coffee. I paid $11 on the app for nothing ??
I waited in the drive thru line for 30min before my order was taken. It was extremely busy during this time. Once I got to the speaker to place my order, there was a lot of commotion coming from inside. The staff was trying to take my order and answer phone calls. It was pure chaos.I get to the window just to realize they had my order wrong. My total was $34.88 which was an immediate red flag because I knew that was too much money for what I had ordered.So I asked the cashier to repeat my order and just like I thought my order was rung up incorrectly. So I told her what I ordered instead and she nodded her head as if she understood what I was saying.I orderd two avocado toast without bacon, a way to go wrap with bacon, a medium caramel craze latte and a medium caramel craze frozen coffee and a blueberry donut. The employee that took my order kept handing me iced coffees that I told her I didn't order. It took them multiple tries to come somewhat close to getting my order right.So I then informed them that a price adjustment has to be made because I was overcharged. Instead they had me down for two medium iced coffees, three avocado toasts with bacon, a donut and a hashbrown. The last two items were correct.So the manager came to the register and did a price adjustment saying I would receive $27 debited back to my card within two days however she failed to give me a receipt with that information.The manager then charged my card for $11.13 for a medium caramel frozen coffee and one large caramel latte which I didn't ask for a large latte but I kept it which was fine. So now I'm just hoping my money is returned to me because I have been charged twice already.Also the order menu needs to be relocated due to the loud freezer/cooler that's located right beside it. I'm sure that could help with getting customers orders correct.

Once again lobby closed at Oglethorpe boulevard Albany ha location as they say dew to only 2people working. Used to go 3to four times a day when only 2 people working was never prob. Been drinking Dunkin for over 350yrs now. Guess will just have to stop going or drive across
