Pretty good Asian food in Albany. It can be hard to find but their tofu was good! It's easy to go wrong with covid. Beware though, spring rolls have shrimp, which is typically not the case at other restaurant.

The servers are so nice! We are always seated quickly and waited on promptly. The food is good and always hot/fresh. Nice ambiance.

Incredibly good food. The best Saigon Noodle dish I have ever tasted. Ingredients are fresh and the seasoning is perfect. Decor inside restaurant is really nice, and I have also DoorDashed. It never disappoints.

Stopped in the pouring rain, got out of the vehicle, and went inside. Only to be told we could only order to go.The lady at the counter made no attempt to explain why we could not dine in. Just very abruptly told us to go only, Therefore we politely turned and left to never go

The lady and her daughter are always extremely nice and welcoming. They also always work with me on my orders which usually include additions and special requests. Consistently good food provided by genuinely great people. Can’t beat it.

I was up here to do errands than I got hungry for lunch. I wanted Asian food 2 place I drove by it doesn't seam to be open so I stumble on to this place. They have good menu for a Chinese food. I was kinda craving Pad Thai but it's not Chinese but they have it. So that's what I order. First of all the picture here doesn't look like it should be.iIt must of been at one time. Now it is old and run down no effort of fixing. Lights were all off the light but I could see from the light outside shining in. The food was okay it looks good but it didn't taste like Pad Thai to me is taste like regular noddle dish no bean sprout or peanut and the type of sauce it's made in.

Customer Service SUCKS!!!!! Should have known when I called NOT to order here!!! New to the area looking for some good Chinese Food and Service well….This is not the place! The one that takes the order has NO knowledge of what’s on the menu and HOW to assist customers with placing an order!! I placed my order….Get home almost $40 dollars later to throw EVERYTHING IN THE GARBAGE!!! The order was Wrong and the food was Not worth going back! The atmosphere represents the food….The Rice is Hard….The Chicken is Hard and none of it is Tasty!!! It is so common here in Leesburg for them to take your order and get it wrong, but this is the first time the food was no worth eating!!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH CHINESE FOOD!!!!

My family placed a delivery order via Door Dash, and this is our fourth delivery order placed from Hong Kong Cafe. We ordered Sesame Tofu, Kung Pao Chicken (medium spice), Orange Peel Chicken (medium spice), Chicken Sticks (6 per order), Fries, and Pork Lo Mein. Everything was great and the food arrived right on time. This was our fourth excellent experience with Hong Kong Cafe, and the whole family has always ended up full and satisfied. FYI, the medium spice is perfect for those that want a nice consistent burn in their mouth that does not last too long. Also, on previous occasions we have ordered Hong Kong Cafe's Chinese Doughnuts, and they are outstanding. In my 26 +- years ordering delivery Chinese restaurant's doughnuts, I have almost always found that those Chinese Doughnuts have a slightly stale/rancid taste, but Hong Kong Cafe's have always tasted fresh and delicious. Myself and my family definitely recommend Hong Kong Cafe!

Foods good. Flavorful and well presented. The only gripe? You get so much food! They are polite and seem glad that you're there.

My family has been getting food from here since I was about 7 years old and I'm in my 20s now, so do with that information what you will. The taste has changed some but I imagine that comes with a non-chain restaurant that's been in business for as long as they have. I've lived in many places since I lived in Albany and no Chinese restaurant has come close. Also, the value--especially for the lunch special--is incredible. Whether you do dine-in or take-out, I'm certain you won't be disappointed. Hong Kong Cafe has my heart

Very poor service even though we were the only ones dining in at the time.

It just wasn’t very good. Pad Thai had about 2 cups of juice in my container. Egg rolls were tasteless. Can not dine in, even though it says dine in.
