Haven’t been to Moe’s in awhile! I’m glad I decided to stop! Conner was excellent! Very kind and explained everything without hesitation or attitude! I really appreciated the service and the food was good too! I had a build your own bowl with steak and chicken. They were out of cilantro and chipotle ranch due to a large order right before I came in but everything else was great!

Wish I could leave 0 stars, (former employee). If you are planning to send in a application to work here dont do it if you are really nice and kind spirited I say this because the management will walk all over you. The whole management is unprofessional I have been harrassed by the GM multiple times following me around fussing at me for not knowing how to do things when no one trained me how to do that task, and on top of that I have asked multiple managers how to do the specific task they said they would show me but ended up not doing it. The whole staff are bullies. I have single-handedly heard them talk about an employee and show footage of the incident to the other workers, where they proceded to mock the employee of course I didnt wanna be apart of that because that was completely unprofessional and rude. One of the managers where I have seen high on the job, me personally I dont think it's safe. I also seen another manager drop a spoon on the floor which is used to scoop white chicken, I seen him put it directly back in the pan to serve to customers. The starting pay is 8 dollars, for 200 dollars every 2 weeks is not worth how the management treats you. This is a privately owned location so they think they can do what ever they feel like, yes it says it closes at 9 but they close it at 8:50 because they feel like it so dont think your going crazy they closing 10 minutes early because they feel like it. The GM pretty much bullied me till I quit, because I could not keep letting him disrespect me and walk all over me and think it's ok. It's a shame I liked talking with the customers but feeling like im walking around eggshells around them is where I draw the line, they bullied me to a point to where I was scared to ask questions because they will make u feel small or dense. I dont care if this location is privately owned, that will not excuse them from a lawsuit. Like I said this a warning to anyone who wants to work here, I suggest you wait it out till they find new management. If this post is taken down, I will post it over and over again. I will not be silenced.

Customer service was horrible, we didn’t receive all our items. We return to get a remake because of how our food was made. The manager on duty told us we can not make it because this is how the food come. She called the ASM explain something to us but told his manager something else. I paid $40 for the meal that she said couldn’t be refunded or we can get one half off and one free. But I’m not going to pay twice for one order also I was told because of inventory was off they couldn’t remake it!! I will never come to this moe’s ever again!!!!

Food is great but service has went down. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a burrito and got a bowl instead. Service also took way too long. Please read order correctly next time.

The food was just bad. The service was ok as we picked up through the drive-thru. The steak was very salty and tasted like liquid smoke. The rice was not cooked all the way. The guacamole tasted rancid. The flavors all mixed together was horrid.

Ordered DoorDash received our order. Have a hand full of chips that are soggy. Order a large cheese dip for the chips can’t even use it because when we caled they said well what do you expect us to do about it? Poorly manage has gone down hill dramatically. Gave them another chance and screwed it all up again. Par for the course I’d say! Spend 40 dollars with them and get a what do you want me to do about it .

Awesome service, awesome food! But Friday nights are busy busy busy! Update 2023. We still go there quite often. Most of the time it is take out. Food is awesome but I can see where the economy has gotten to them too. Because they've increased their prices immensely. $31 for two people, one burrito and two tacos with chips and a small thing of queso cuz it's $2.79 for that. Also notice that when you pay by credit card they have a mandatory tip to apply.Kid-friendliness: Lot's on the menu for kids. You can get plates to share, or individuals that are geared up for small tummys! ?

Ehh, food was okay. The customer service was severely lacking. Two of the young ladies were nice, just untrained and one was very unfriendly and looked at me, without a word, even as I tried engaging her in conversation. I still told them that God so loved the world that He gave His only Son and if they believed in Him, then they would have eternal life. However, they were evidently unimpressed. I will try again later since I really like Moe's.

Just walked into Moe's at 8:26 and they yelled from behind the counter "WE CLOSED". The door and website says they close at 9pm but I guess this shift makes their own rules. If you are going to close the restaurant early, at least be professional when you tell your customers.

After church with a group of 12-14. I got nachos with beef and cheese, neither was fresh (like it had been cooking all day). Tasted terrible, over half of my meal was thrown away.

It wasn't as fresh as usual. The guacamole was brown... Not very appealing... I LOVE GUAC! However, I couldn't eat the brown stuff... On the brighter side, the staff was very friendly and inviting.

My friend placed an order at 8:40 and arrived in the drive thru line at 8:50 when it said the order would be ready. Two cars ahead were served and when we made it to the window at 8:53 they said they were closed and couldn’t refund her. Very unprofessional. She was told to come back tomorrow or Monday which are both days she works all day at the hospital and will be unable to return. The least they could have done was give a refund but the order should have been completed when we arrived.

This is the third time within a month that the employees locked the door an hour before closing time! This clearly shows that the new staff is super lazy, unmotivated, and unprofessional. MOES IS MY FAVORITE PLACE but, it won't be a Moe's anymore by the way that it is operating!
