Me and my husband went for a night out tonight and was greeted with excellent customer service. Our server Kennedy went out her way to make sure all our needs were met with a smile on her face! Our food was brought out in a timely manner and glasses never empty. Great job!

I visited this restaurant the other day and my experience was absolutely wonderful. My food was great and my waitress was amazing! Shonna made sure that my time there was enjoyable and she was very attentive and worked in a timely manner. I will DEFINITELY be returning and I hope she will be my server again when I come back! I do wish the thunder and lightening dessert was back on thew menu, it was amazing!

I pass by Albany a lot but finally decided to make a stop at Outback to check it out and man was it worth it. Our server Tennis was PHENOMENAL! I mean he has truly crafted his serving skills. I visited Outback Restaurant in Albany GA. The atmosphere was so welcoming. The Food was awesome but there'nothing that could've made my experience so much better until Tennis approached my husband and I table. He was so welcoming, personable with the menu. He was able to give us full details of the meals and drinks without looking at the menu. That only happens when you LOVE your JOB and you KNOW YOUR JOB. He made our experience that much better. He was awesomely friendly with great Customer Service. Thanks again Mr Tennis.
