I went and picked up my food last and I seen a roach next to my food. I tried to capture a picture but it’s kind of blurry because the roach was moving fast. I asked for 3 packets (red pepper flakes, Parmesan, and season) she then proceeded to tell me that they charge for that and I said okay I still want it. It came to $0.64. As I’m trying to Apple Pay their machine wasn’t working. When she handed me my boxes is when I seen the roach run out. I pointed to the roach and asked the employee is that a roach? She began to laugh and shake her head. I said you know what don’t even worry about it, I would like a refund. The manager came and refunded me as he apologized. I never felt so disgusted i. My life because that’s where I order my kids and I food from quite often.

My first time at this location. Walked in the door no one greeted me. Employee at counter taking phone in order. Manager and two other employees making pizza. No one wearing GLOVES at all. Manager up front and never even made eye contact with me let alone acknowledge me standing there. Definitely won't be back hear. Especially since Pizza Hut right next door and dominoes close by. There employee's all wearing gloves. It's been about five years since I had a Papa John's pizza. Place looks clean and organized though. Just no customer service and gloves being worn.

Food was good. Third party delivery was terrible. Ordered at 1:30 pm app said it should arrive at 1:51- 2:01pm was 2:38 pm when pizza arrived.

The reviews were right but we wanted some Papa John's anyway.. we ordered online so we figured there would be no way to mess up the order. Got a steak cool ranch Papadilla.. they gave us a jalapeno and cheese Papadilla instead. Wouldn't just refund the Papadilla and had to give back the pizza also to get it. Huge disappointment for a 7 yr old in the car.

Pizza was flavorless. The texture off-putting (too soft) & barely had sauce. Granted I ain’t been to Papa Johns in YEARS but I distinctly remember their sauce use to taste almost fresh with a hint of sweetness and they had THE BEST CHEESE (flavor & texture) in the franchise pizza game and the cook on it use to be PERFECT but THIS PIZZA present day, noooo! It was floppy, sauceless, flavorless just not good and the little sauce that was on there taste more acidic than it use to. I wanted a different slice than my usual Marcos but this wasn’t the move. Service was quick. Restaurant appeared clean.
