**2nd stay: downgrade to due to finding bed bugs and having to move rooms. no appeasement or comp was offered for the bed bugs.CONS: Immediately noticed missing glass plate for microwave, but was quickly fixed. Door was extremely difficult to open, often had to kick/shoulder it w/ full strength. Found a half-empty water bottle in the freezer and a beetle crawling, so room was not properly cleaned.PROS: room was nice and I felt safe staying here. Location is great, near stores and restaurants. Wifi speed was good, about 120mbps down.4/5 stars - Mostly good value/price, but the minor issues were a annoying

Awful, horrible. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel. My husband works out of town every week and constantly stays in hotels. His plans changed and I needed to modify the reservation not only was the front desk completely unhelpful but refused to give me her name and hung up on me several times. I will make sure that my husbands company avoids this hotels and all affiliates in the future. Do better.

I stayed here just last week to get closer for my treatments I have to admit absolutely loved my Stay here at Park Inn. I am now here at Merry Acres which is funded by Phoebe nothing bad to say it’s yet peaceful but very outdated, no grits, no eggs? But If I had the funds I would most definitely book my stay at Park Inn.. The rooms are immaculate, Clean carpets Etc. ThanksMontaya

Great customer service! We had a big group and kept changing who was staying with you and they were extremely accommodating! Very nice staff! Good breakfast! Rooms were clean as well!

The only real complaint would be that the door to the room (102) was really hard to close. You had to fight with it to make it lock. The latch/lock really needs to be fixed.

I enjoyed the hotel. However, fraudulent charges started appearing on my Choice Privileges credit card the next day in the same town. This hotel was the first time I had used the card in over a month. The front desk clerk requested to see my credit card at check in.

I had a great customer experience. The breakfast was good and the TV had HBO. I did not like the bed nor the fact that my door was not as secure as I would want.

Gross. Terrible customer service. Charged me for 2 nights even though I checked out a couple hours after checking in and Kayla said I would not be charged after seeing stains in the mattress and sheets, body hair in the tub, dirt stains in the tub, water spots on the ceiling, knife and burn marks in the night stands, hallway and room smelled like marijuana... Tried calling to dispute and Kayla was unprofessional, said they use mattress covers to cover the stains, and there was nothing wrong with the room. A manager was not available to speak to. Now I have an open dispute with Radisson Corporate and my Credit Card Company. I've sent photos of the DISGUSTING hotel to both. Hoping to have this rectified soon. I'll NEVER stay at another Radisson property and I will be spreading the word to friends, family, and coworkers.Edit: two years later and I can see you’re still getting 1 star reviews for dirty disgusting rooms lacking working amenities and now with bed bugs. Get your act together.DONT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND DONT LIKE BEING ROBBED!

I’ve never seen this before! I’ve stayed here numerous of times and this is the first I’ve had an issue however this is the first time I’ve seen this “manager” I came in and was checked into room 201 I discovered my sheets were dirty on a bed and I asked for it to be changed. The young lady changed it. I came back to lay down two hours later and realized there were big black spots on my sheets. I asked for them to be changed she said when she gets a chance. A hour later I went to ask she said you should have been asked housekeeping gone… I asked how was I supposed to know they didn’t use clean sheets. She said well you can check out… until she’s gone which I know is soon I won’t be back. The room she moved me in after arguing with her had a rusted toilet and shower.. she told me again to just check out she wasn’t cleaning it
