My third time in....food is very good but both times I have gotten home to discover left out items. The owner offered to bring to me. I went back and they were so nice. Cleanest restaurant in Albany and honestly even if they hadn't been so gracious I would still go back for the food!

Picked up a BBQ sandwich to go, when I got home it like eating a sponge full of grease.
Grease literally ran through the bun as if some had poured oil all over my hand. I sent the owner a message, never received a reply. The staff was very attentive, just a bad experience.

Take out order of sliced pork and Jalapeno corn. Sliced pork looked like sliced turkey. Couldn't really tell either way because it was tasteless. Had no choice but to put some barbecue sauce on it. Ate one slice of the bread with a few slices of the "pork" and a tiny taste of the corn. Decided to return the remainder to the restaurant instead of writing a poor review like this one--which I told the cashier that I did not want to do. Was told by the cashier that I could order something else, which I declined, but asked if a portion of the total price could be refunded. She stated that she could not do it but would get the manager/owner?? to come talk with me. I waited a few minutes, watched a couple people in the back peek out at me, then decided to just leave. Should have saved my time and gas and just did what I'm doing now.Thank you for your response to my review. I question the time your camera captured me leaving, just as I question that you were able to review the camera/footage and check the pork in one minute, but I will let this go because I see that it's a lost cause. There are ample BBQ establishments in and around Albany that I've had no issues with. Just thought I'd try you guys because there really wasn't anyone there at the time and I wanted to get some food quickly. I wasted my time coming back in person to address my dissatisfaction today.
