Have always loved shogun. Food is always excellent. A lot of familiar faces on the staff every time we go. It is always clean inside and service is good.

Food was good and hot. Service was slow with just one waitress and backup busboy. Overall they were busy with a full house plus takeouts. Cashier, waitress and busboy need to be more cohesive.

Wow, I am impressed. This was way better than what I expected, and the tuna avocado salad was superb! Huge bowl of super fresh tuna in ponzu with avocado and shaved cucumberThis was also so much better than the other sushi place up the street, ate there last week (while traveling on business) and was completely underwhelmed.

I have eating here many times the past couple of months and it's just not good anymore. The service is not good and the sushi chefs are slow. I did not get my sushi until after we had finished our hibachi and got to go boxes after asking multiple times for it! The tables all around us who got there after us got theirs before me. The prices have got even higher and the portions have got smaller. The waitress was not friendly and told us to sit anywhere but then made us move. The tables are all super close so I feel like I'm talking to the table next to us.

The food didn’t have any seasoning, they refused to refund me for the food and I only tried a piece of steak and new I didn’t want it at that point !

Food was awesome but the gentleman that was my server was terrible. Anytime you have to ask another server to get you a refill and bring you your check then your server is not doing there job! Sushi was delicious tho! And no they was not busy at all!

Worst experience I have ever had eating out. The employee at the to-go counter, taking orders, rolling silverware, and answering the phone, proceeded to CLIP and then FILE his FINGERNAILS on the bar. This occurred for over 10 minutes. Next to a table where we were eating. Absolutely gross and almost surreal. Disgusting.

Went on a Saturday my first time coming to Albany, GA. Immediately greeted upon walking in and seated. Waiter was on point and the sushi chefs are also phenomenal. Got the spider and volcano rolls. Absolutely amazing. So good, I went back Sunday and got the spider and gang Nam. Also phenomenal plus I learned some Japanese. One of the best sushi spots I've been to in this country
