I forgot to take a picture of my Buffalo bill! But only because I couldn't wait to taste it, and then I couldn't put it down. the potato was soft and fluffy with such good flavor. the chicken was crunchy on the outside, juicy,cooked perfectly and enhanced with Buffalo sauce. Y'all have to try it!!

I recommend you try this truck when you see it. The gentleman is kind and was able to accommodate my food allergy. The potatoes are on point - philly version was delicious, the veggie with queso added was fantastic. I would eat a potato drowned just in that queso. Anticipate a small wait after you order but don't let that deter you.
