I won't be able to give you any stars. My Granddaughters graduation was nasty. Cake was dry and apparently you don't know how to make a Boston Creme cake because that was nasty too. Many, many years ago you had a moist cake and the decorations were superior. You need to get those people back. I won't step Into you establishment again.

Here my mother received a birthday cake for my brother that didn't come out as she requested. From the physical look to the taste of the cake wasn't well. The cake looked rushed and looked like it wasn't made with any care or decency. When my mother cut more slices deeper into the cake we found a sort of pink frosting that she didn't request in the cake at all, and it really looked like the platter that it was put on was used and it looked disgusting. Overall not a good experience.

I am from Albany/Leesburg, moved away many years ago, came to visit for a week back at first of Oct 2023 had to find The Cakery...STILL BEST BAKERY in town!! I remember when they 1st started and I received and ordered many cakes from them...when i stopped by on vacation oh my gosh...ended up going back a 2nd time. If you want good goodies...go to the Cakery on Dawson Road...you will LOVE IT!!!!!!

Surely they lack imagination, request a Luau theme and got a lump of sugar.. too sweet to eat ..it only served as a lame decoration.. straight to the garage

I cannot believe this place! I would never get cakes from here again. I ordered a sonic hedgehog cake that is chocolate and the first cake had horrible writing and spelt my son’s name wrong when they had everything written down on paper! And it was vanilla cake after she said I can keep the first cake and then she remade the cake and the handwriting was good but it was vanilla instead of chocolate and I had asked for chocolate!! My son was so upset and the vanilla cake was sooo DRY!! I chosed this place because my lady couldn’t do a cake this time but I will never do the cakery ever again! even though I got some credit back for the first cake, this place needs more practice with the cakes!

As a child this place was the best. I came back home to visit and couldn't wait to get myself my usual. The smell was incredibly nostalgic and gave me high hopes. Unfortunately id rather eat a Walmart cupcake. It was terrible. Dryest cupcake I have ever had. Im not sure what changed but whatever it is, you can definitely tell. $5 for a cupcake that I couldn't finish and a very sad inner child. Publix is your best bet.Edit: im sorry im not sure how to reply to comments, I was charged over $4 for the one cupcake with chocolate icing. The staff member was very sweet, snake tattoo. I was there around 12:30p-1pm today. Thank you for you concern however im not too worried about the extra money I was charged. It was only a few dollars. Accidents happen i understand. I was more so disappointed in the cupcake than anything.
