It's not the best place to get a true hibachi experience. The food was okay but not worth the price point. They also force you to buy full meals you can't get a side of anything. It's overall a meh for me.

Management sucks & my customer service experience was awful. Minus the one waiter who talked with me about her love for lulu lemon. Requested something specific and she said we could make it work. Then my waiter came up and said no we can not modify any of the sushi, it comes as is? lol I eat sushi more times a month than I’d life to admit and this guy just did not want to take the time to figure it out. It was a simple request. Will not be back.

Excellent food and customer service always. However, if yesterday had been my first time, I would have not eaten there. The hostess was so non chaĺant that she didn't say welcome. She asked, "Just one, the bar or table. She walked towards the bar without me left the menus and never said enjoy or anything else. I will still eat there, but if she's still the same, I will report to the management. Oh, by the way, she didn't mumble a word when I left. I was too full to really care.

I ordered the hibachi chicken shrimp dinner. The rice had an old taste to it as if it were leftover from days before, veggies were premixed so I was unable to order what I wanted based on my food allergies, the broth soup is made with pork so, but the shrimp from my meal were good and the sprite was perfectly primed in the fountain.

Service was terrible Friday 2/16, from the waitress to the Manager. The waitress had poor customer service skills and the Manager had a smart mouth. The rice wasn't done and everyone seated complained and it took an act of congress to get new rice. I will never return to this place. I suggest going to Mikata's

Racially profiled. Awful customer service. Especially the lady at the front counter . I will not be returning.
Their "policy" of adding tip to your tab is illegal! How do you make someone tip? Cashier chased us out the door over $2 because we tipped 15% and they had added 18% to our tab. Told us we had to pay it...And before you get it twisted, we are good tippers. We always tip according to service but it's usually a good tip.

You can't make someone pay a tip if they don't want to leave a tip. Don't give a damn about your policy. We WON'T BE BACK. ADD gratuity and think I'm leaving a tip. DOUBLE TIPPING......THIEVES!!!!!

I love this place, my dad used to take us here twice a week years ago. The food was so good, the chefs were so nice and knew us. I wish I lived closer!

VERY VERY SLOW! They were not even busy. My 3 year old grandson waited 1hr for his food and then the owner wanted to question us reporting the hour wait. We did ask for his food to be taken off ticket. Others meals were slow also. they also got our tickets mixed up. We just took what ever ticket they gave us and paid it... just sad that a owner would question when we told him. WE wont be back!

Super good food! The sushi was okay very fishy more than normal and had a bone in it so I didn't finish. The service was great and very helpful! The food did take almost 45 minutes for us to get and it was not busy at all. We sat on the sushi side because they said it would be faster service which it was not. It's better at the tables with grills!
