Amazing. Always. My must stop to when I visit down south. Their hash browns covered with cheese, onions and jalapeños are so good. The grilled cheese is amazing. Don't forget a side of Waffle House sauce! The only thing I was upset about is that they didn't have pecan pie in stock when I went. Couldn't find it on the menu either. A slice of their pecan pie grilled on their stove is delicious. Comfort at its finest.

Food good. Didn't realize until today they charge 10% for the person who takes your takeout order and 10% for the utinzels given to you. That's a 20% charge for a takeout order.

Got the steak sandwich with no onions and waffle and hubby got Texas bacon cheese melt sandwich. Food was good and service was pretty good too.

Food was great. Didn't know that they charge you 20% more on your bill for carry out. Order was 64.00 and some change but paid 74.00 something because it was a carry out. Not right and never have been told that before.Parking: Across from civic center downtown

I rolled up to the one on W Oglethorpe in Albany Ga at 5:52 am to enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast only to be told I can’t come inside until after 7am. What are you open for if we can’t come in? You are aware that there are other places open that early, don't you? You're in the heart of the business district of downtown. Next door to the Hilton Inn, where business visitors stay the night. Slow service at the most, some employees use profanity while customers are there, some of the cooking machines needed cleaning and my order wasn't even ready after I called it in. On most trips, no one answers the phone to take your order; a recording comes on saying visit the restaurant in person to place order... what's the

Definitely the worst Waffle House I've went to yet. When I went in there it was super dirty and there was syrup all over one of the menus, and there was even some trash laying around in the restaurant, especially where the food was being made. When I got my fork it was dirty enough that I used my spoon when I ate. While I was waiting I saw one of the employees yelling at her kid probably for little no reason at all and the kid looked like she wasn't misbehaving at all. When I did get my food ordered the waitress was very nice, but when I was waiting the manager came up to 3 employees and she was complaining that they were embarrassing her and making her look stupid while the employees were treated unfair and probably way underpaid. (I saw a sign before I went into Waffle House which I did posted on this review which is basically telling people to respect the employees which applies to everyone except the managers I guess). When I did get my food there was a lot of black particles on it. It was probably just from the grill but it was also on the scrambled eggs and eggs are almost never grilled. The hash browns were also not very warm. Right before I walked out of the Waffle House I glanced in the back and I noticed a lot of the equipment was really rusty and not very clean. I've only went to this Waffle House as a last resort because everything else in Albany Georgia was closed for thanksgiving break, and I regretted it. If you want to have some unsanitary food and a bad experience this will be your best place!!! Seriously I wouldn't even recommend this place as a last resort.
Food was okay service was horrible took over an hour to eat scratch that took over an hour to get my food took me 8 minutes to eat.
