I do not know who owns this establishment but this person that is your manager. This guy is as unprofessional as they come. We ordered food for my family at 12:58 PM and after we placed our order more people had came, ordered after us, and got their food. At 1:25 PM I asked the gentleman about how much longer it would be? I stated I ordered at 12:58 and it's been 25 minutes. He quickly replied that it will be another 25 minutes or an hour. I then told him to give me a refund for the food bc I had gotten my drinks and I'll pay for that. He quickly turned around and told the people in the back to cancel order 248. The lady looked up and said it's right here... I understood what they were saying bc I too speak Spanish. I told the gentleman if my food is ready as she says, then I'll keep it. He gave me back my receipts. I then waited another 5 minutes (it's been 30 plus minutes now for mall food) I told my mom who was visiting out of town - I guess they don't care on how they treat their Hispanic community. He turned around and told his staff to get the food ready for the butt hole (but the other word) up front. My mom nor myself appreciated that one bit. I didn't want to cause any issues bc my family and kids were with me and they had customers. I called when I got home and they transferred me to him bc he was the manager. He told him he didn't give a crap and to call the east Albany establishment. I tried to do that and all they did was hang up the phone. I am curious to know how many of their employees are actually legal here or have bought fake papers to work there? I am going to find out bc this establishment feels they can do what they want when they want. I won't be coming there again.

My daughter bought me dinner (wings & fries); when I opened the boz was shocked to see babu pigeon wings. Did y'all kill the neighborhood pigeons for this. I'm appalled!

Food is great but customer service is not so good. I called for 30 minutes to place an order and no one answered the phone. I called to other establishment and a nice young lady immediately answered the phone.

Am from Columbus, I've always like coming to the mall, get food at Wing Dixie restaurant,,but this year i went by the Wind Dixie and got food there all the Mexico up front with there friends . Some guy waited on me can't speak English enough and tried to rush me, hell a minute i was about to hit him ,,he pushing me to look at the food in my box,am looking for the older lady she's have not been working ar the all for awhile ,she about the business, and if i was the owner i would thank her for all she do. I will not be back bc to many Mexico and they drop food ontje floors and pick it up and put it on the plate.

I don't know how this place stays in business. The wings were the smallest I've ever seen. Virtually, no meat, the size of my finger. All ten were like this.
