Now the whole family is down with Cold and Cough. If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a special birthday cake online. Received confirmation and paid $45 in advance. When my husband went to pick it up the only person at the store spoke a little or basically no English at all. She told my husband she had no order for us and he was at the wrong store. I sent him my confirmation and she still denied the order. She said he could purchase another cake not it wouldn’t be personalized. We already paid $45 for it and she insisted she couldn’t give a refund. He decided to get the cake but made him pay $11 more. Horrific customer service. She was alone and had no one else who could assist her. Shame on the manager to allow and put a limited English speaking employee in that position. Never will use this location again.

This place claims to close at 10pm when you check online. I arrived at 8:40pm to get some ice cream for my little sister. On the entrance door the shop put up a sign saying it closes at 9pm. They should either update their times online or do something to firstly prevent this miscommunication.Secondly, the server told us she was going to stop serving and locked the door to prevent additional customers from entering as we entered at 8:40. Another family with a little kid just walked in right after me and got locked out. The little kid really wanted some ice cream so the parents asked the server nicely to see if she can serve their daughter. The server refused but eventually reluctantly opened the door. I understand the holidays are a stressful time and people want to get home to their families asap. But to stop serving 15-20 mins before the “closing” time - which contradicts the time mentioned online - and locking the doors to prevent customers coming in BEFORE closing time is kind of ridiculous. I understand if customers are not served if they arrive AFTER closing time. Never coming back here lol

The worker on Tuesday, October 9 at 2:59 gave me the worst service ever, according to him it could not be possible to heat a brownie, having the microwave behind him, also these ice creams are full of sugar and with the emotion that this boy serves you causes you to run away

Do not come here, they are straight scamming you. Ordered a small signature shake off the wall, charged $8.99 for the shake and then 2 charges of $1.49 for "add ins". A small shake cost $13!?!?!?! When we asked about it the woman gave us a dollar. Ridiculous, plenty of other ice cream places that won't scam you, spend your money there.

Horrible store!! The workers don’t greet you nor even ask what you want or how they can help you. Instead they stare at you as if you’re bothering them, then proceed to roll their eyes at you when you attempt to place your order. The so-called “manager” on duty didn’t even acknowledge the rudeness we encountered and instead stared as well as if we were an inconvenience to them. I will not patronize this location ever again.
