Just left Costco! I have to give major props to whoever was running the optical station today. Sadly, I didn't get her name, but the woman that helped us went above and beyond. She went out of her way to be helpful and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised.
Costcos are pretty standard - but we have mostly received excellent customer service at this one. For example, when my husband and I purchased some large games for the rec room. There were four people helping us move them out and into the car. Another time, with only a small purchase, a manager helped me find a laundry tote. I think big or small - they really try to help. Even when they are super busy here they always have stupendous customer service. It was packed today but they made everyone feel valued, got them out the door in record time and all in all they had all smiles on their faces when they were doing this. Thanks for the great customer service.
