I have eaten at Jerusalem bakery now for over a decade plus now. If they were closer to me or no traffic I am sure they would see me a few times a week . Hey wait a minute when I am in town they do...smile This place is a community gem. In the beginning when I would go, no one else but muslims seem to shop and eat there; but that has changed a great deal and I am happy it has, because their service food and the location are all great. The treats as well, do not get me started. They had a bread that was like pita thicker that I really miss they no longer sell. I makea a point to buy my Zat'ar, Sumac, tea, feta, olive oil, and Labna there always in Alphareta. I make really good hummus but so do they which is why often I buy a larger quanity and make quiona veggie wraps with hummus.. If you have a vegan, vegetrian, or meat eater, there is something here for everyone except seafood.I have to always have a lentil soup, where has it been all my life..

3.5/5. The Shawarma sandwich was delicious and unique. I have never tried a sandwich with beets and pickles which gives it extra tanginess. The reason is not 4.0 is because the bread and the beef was a little cold. We picked it up immediately after we got called, but still the food was lukewarm. I would like to go back to try the desserts! I want to try the Baklava and maybe that will raise the score of the bakery. The ambiance felt like a normal bakery, nothing special.

If you are looking for shawarma this is the best place for that ...they have a big variety of baklava and also a small market for Arabic foods .... I ordered a shawarma platter and shawarma wrap falafel.. Baklava and kunafa .... The platter was so good specifically babaganush ....

I am Turkish and I asked for lentil soup plus shawarma for me and my nephew. This is not shawarma either food, the lentil is not a soup at all. Chicken tastes like nothing. Can’t believe I paid for such things.
