Customers should not have to deal with bad customer service. I was ripped off by being charged $7 for a mini cup that was only half filled. It's disappointing when a restaurant that used to be good fails to maintain its standards.

“under new management” is junk. with the old management it was already bad with wait times over 20 minutes. but atleast the food was decent. now ive given this “new management” a few shots now. the owner herself has talked to me before. the wait times are still outrageous. but now your food has nothing but pepper and sogginess. this is disgusting. have given “new management” 3 tries now weeks apart. horrible location. horrible food. horrible people. if you want to enjoy moes again.. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.

This location doesn't feel like Moes at all. I walked in the restaurant to silence, no "welcome to moes" call. The toppings didn't look fresh. The manager in the photo (david) was rude to say the least and confirmed why we all stopped going to Moes in the first place.

Well I went back it looks like the completely redone the place looks clean. Up to date the service was amazing. Emily that works there a pure sweetheart and I would come back to just to speak with her again she has a way to make you feel at home when you walk in thank you Emily you made my day!

I have been coming to this location for 3 years and it has been okay. Service and food was decent but nothing great. As soon as Emily took over, everything changed. Every time I walk in, it is like 5 star dining.Everything is clean, food is delicious, service is outstanding and most of all, Emily makes everyone feel like a celebrity! I now come at least 3x a week because of this and recommend this to all my co workers and friends. Emily thank you for all of your hardwork and always going out of your way to make each person feel special! Your the best!
This Moes is under new ownership and they have completely revamped the store! David helped me today and he was so friendly! Everything looks extremely fresh, the store is clean, and the food is yummy! I highly recommend this location and if you had a bad experience in the past (previous ownership), definitely give this location another chance! 10/10!

First time ever trying this place as I am from out of town. The service was friendly and prompt. I thoroughly enjoyed the steak tacos I ordered.

One of the employees on break insisted that he make HIS lunch 1st to get out of the way. And then he made his food with no gloves. I only ordered because my food was veggie and the young man serving me had just brought out fresh items. Otherwise, I would have left.

Came in on my lunch break and the guys with the tattoos on his neck was extremely rude and disrespectful. Told him I would wait for fresh rice and he said that all the rice there would be. Mind you it’s 12:30p. His customer service was horrible and the food was old and hade old lettuce and different sauces it was literally the bottom of the pan
