This is the 2nd time I've gone to this location and they not open at 7 a.m. if you're unable to open on time then change your hours. I stopped at this location on my way to work, and not opening at the schedule time is a problem for me. Due to the morning traffic in that area if I try to go anywhere else for breakfast I'll be late for work. This is extremely poor customer service.

Garbage location. Building was supposed to open at 7 am. I waited from 7:40 - 7:50 am and no one showed up. No note, no notification, and no explanation. I didn't realize employees and/or managers could just ignore their operating hours, come in whenever they feel like it, and allow customers to waste their time and gas driving to a location that can't even be bothered to open on time. The constant bad reviews should have been warning enough that this place and its employees are all P.O.S. Won't be back.

Also, no one ever answers the phoneExtremely unprofessional and ignorant. This Smoothie King has gone extremely downhill over the past couple of years, and I see now it will be in my best interest to visit superior locations.

Great smoothies but horrible wait times. I understand about staffing concerns being low out there in all parts of the job workforce on all levels, but over 30 mins of a car drive thru wait is unacceptable with no apology from the staff on the abnormally long wait times. Will take my smoothie love elsewhere moving forward.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! We have loved this Smoothie King ever since it opened next door to Orange Theory and now at this new location. We are heartbroken that we were treated so rudely today and the employee YELLED at us through the speaker!!! When we drove up at 3pm, we were told to please wait. We said, no problem and then WAITED FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES!!! We finally spoke up and asked if anyone was there and that is when the employee YELLED "YES WE ARE HERE AND NO WE ARE NOT READY YET!!!" There was only 1 car in front of us (all the way up to the window) and there were FOUR cars behind us waiting also to give their order. I have deleted my phone app and will be blocking my loyalty emails to this location. We were more than patient and did not deserve to be treated that way.We have left feedback and are awaiting a response for why this happened.

I give up. The inconsistency of the food quality along with the consistent poor service has led me to the conclusion that I can no longer support this location. It’s pretty consistently bad at most smoothie kings, so I’m not sure if I will ever shop at Smoothie King again, but definitely not this one.
