Jittery Joe's Coffee - Alps Village

Visited here today to get some work done. This is a nice location of Jittery Joe's with a lot of space to work. I got there around 10am on a Sunday and barely anyone was there, but the tables started to fill up around 12pm. The music was a little loud, but it was tolerable with noise canceling headphones. I got a regular drip coffee which was satisfactory as well as a poppy seed discount muffin and a parfait. I would come back to this location again mainly because it is spacious. They also have free wifi and a few outlets if you get a space near a wall.

Always love a jittery joes! Have not been to this location before. Pretty easy to find, they also have a drive thru. Wasn’t busy at all and the staff helped me match the coffee I wanted to one I get at my local coffee shop! Grabbed a bag of beans on the way out

Not very impressed everyone hyped this place up I tried it this morning and the size of the coffee was shocking for me to have ordered a XL. I’m pretty sure they gave me decaf coffee. The coffee size was very disappointing for a XL.

I have been going to the Baxter/alps location as of late due to the sbux boycott and while it was a transition for me, I’m so glad I did it! The team at this location consistently have been amazing and soooo personable each time as well! On top of the fact I made the transition to going to Jittery Joe’s, my wallet has been thanking me because their prices actually make sense and I don’t feel like I have to take out a second mortgage on my home. Thanks for being awesome!

Jittery Joes is my go-to coffee when I’m running errands (or when I screw up my French press coffee at home). The Alps location is my favorite at the moment. The staff there is very friendly and engaging.I like to bring my cat Oliver every now and then to visit. The baristas give him treats and on one occasion when he wasn’t even with me, they gave me a toy mouse to give him.On a more relevant note, if you want to try something new, order a blackberry white mocha with an oat bar! Delightful.

Excellent cup of drip coffee, which is rare in this town. Perfectly brewed and sweetened. My 12 year old said the hot chocolate was the best beverage he has had in Athens. High praise from a kid who LOVES hot chocolate. THANK Y’ALL!

I frequent this jittery joes, as well as the watkinsville location. For years it has been my favorite and go to shop, lately quality control of the cups have been my biggest issue. And the reason for writing this review on 10-19 is due to the cashier handing me my scolding hot large coffee for it to spill all over my pants, arm, and my brand new t-shirt which is now completely ruined. As I thought maybe I was being careless, I attempt to put the lid back on, to notice the lid does not even fit the cup and was just sitting on top.I pull right back around, showing the cashier only her for the quickly apologize and tell me how they have been trying to tell the owner it’s a problem and it’s needs to be fixed asap. They were very nice to try and help me with paper towels and cleaner, but that defeats the purpose of a now ruined outfit, a ruined day, possible burns, and stickiness covering the entire driver side of my vehicle.Not that I was looking for a refund, but spending almost 20$ I was not offered a refund or any compensation, and was handed the coffee with a new lid on it.
